My wife and I had breakfast with our grandson at Harper’s Restaurant while visiting him in Belvidere. It was a great experience... The food came out hot, fresh, and in generous portions. Even though the place was packed, the service was quick and we didn’t have to wait long. We were lucky enough to have nice weather and enjoyed eating outside. Prices were very reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes. We’ll definitely stop by again next time we’re in town!

Ordered a very simple bfast. It was flawless. Pricing is amazing for 2025!
I don't just chuck five star reviews. Despite the positives, it is what it is. Noisey, tight, and some minor issues not worth a mention. I reserve the fix star for perfection.
The key was, I loved my bfast, felt well cared for and will be back.

Fantastic counter breakfast on a busy Sunday morning. The staff is super friendly and efficient. Had the Belgian waffle special with berries- it was excellent and very flavorful. French toast , home fries and sausage patty were savory and very satisfying. Will absolutely be back!

Had a very delicious “brunch” here yesterday. I got the pork roll omelette with tomatoes and cheese. A match made in heaven! The home fries were excellent, too. And our waitress was lovely.

BEYOND REPROACH!. it could be argued the specials are there to distract you from the menu! The menu is rock solid. Let the owner’s personality shine ,take a dip into the specials ,top to bottom everyone working there enjoys their craft and it shows.
When I asked for a cup of coffee, Black There was no follow up.
