Pretty little old fashioned soda fountain shop turned into a grill. The food was absolutely fantastic and tasty and the service was perfect. Great place to stop on way from Poconos to NJ.

My wife and I had breakfast with our grandson at Harper’s Restaurant while visiting him in Belvidere. It was a great experience... The food came out hot, fresh, and in generous portions. Even though the place was packed, the service was quick and we didn’t have to wait long. We were lucky enough to have nice weather and enjoyed eating outside. Prices were very reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes. We’ll definitely stop by again next time we’re in town!

I enjoyed my first visit and sat at the counter. The staff was prompt and extremely attentive. Coffee was excellent.

Ordered a very simple bfast. It was flawless. Pricing is amazing for 2025!

I don't just chuck five star reviews. Despite the positives, it is what it is. Noisey, tight, and some minor issues not worth a mention. I reserve the fix star for perfection.

The key was, I loved my bfast, felt well cared...
