My family absolutely loves the Riverside Diner. The price and the amount of food you receive is amazing. The staff is friendly and the wait time from ordering your food to eating is amazing

I am really concerned that they keep screwing up my order. It is also the same server everytime, go figure. Last week, I ordered chicken franchese, pasta instead of rice. I did not get my pasta. Today 2/17, I ordered a large matzoh ball soup to go, in addition to the soup that already comes with my meal. I am not sure how much that costs dining in. However, since it was a doordash order, it costs $8. That is a lot of money spent for soup I didn't receive. I am very disappointed.

I came in from a long day of traveling to take care of some things after my father died. My server (I believe her name was Irene) was very friendly, and also made sure my super rare burger was done right. She was attentive but not overbearing, and it looked like most of the other clientele, who seemed like regulars, knew and loved her. The food itself was delicious, got a French onion soup and patty melt. If you miss a good old school diner, give them a shot. Have no bad notes everything was awesome.

We had the leg of lamb. It was delicious! They put mashed potatoes first then fresh spinach on top of potatoes then covered it with lamb and gravy. Delicious! The service was excellent!

I just went to order a burger and you want to charge $1.50 for lettuce. No. Sorry. Your food is good but that’s messed up
Tried it yesterday. Pretty decent. Better, thicker bacon would increase their rating since most people go for eggs and bacon in one form or another.

So we’ve been ordering here for a while. Food is always great. We have noticed, however, as of late, they have been skimping on the fries compared to usual. Also, we ordered cheese fries for $2 more… and it looks like not even a whole slice of cheese was on used. Ridiculous!

Service is excellent ! both Heather and Stephanie are professionals in every sense. Food is always excellent. Never have had a complaint most recent visit (11-29-25) had excellent service from Jessica (our server) and very enlightening interactions with Steph and Heather would give 10 stars if possible. Also a plus if you drink alcohol (which I do not) they have a full bar . Highly recommend this Diner.
