Hidden gem of bergen County. What it lacks in size it makes up on good vibes. Great music mix, food selection and chill crowd. The kind of spot you never knew you needed till you found it.P.s. try the ceviche.
First time there… they tried to charge me for a meal I sent back that had RAW MEAT in it.. next time there they wouldn’t honor the prices on their online menu and my bill was $25 more than it was advertised. We spend a lot of money in local establishments… we won’t return to

I have passed this restaurant 100+ times and just never went in. It kinda looked dark and unopened. I have noticed that the owners spruced up the exterior with flowers and outdoor seating. I also noticed they were now on DoorDash. I ordered a bunch of papusas and a tamale . The papusas were a tiny bit greasy but otherwise very good. The tamale was also excellent. Amando's seems to be stepping up their game, given them a try.
