Bagels and More Bergenfield

We’ve been looking for a new breakfast Place. Ordering was easy, they paid attention to changes, prices are good, and delivery was as expected. My issues are the veggie cream cheese. The taste was a bit off and the consistency was dense, not creamy, as if it was a day or two old. Also the muffin seemed a day old as well. Not sure we’ll try again.

Consistently trash egg and cheese. Gave them so many chances to make a basic breakfast sandwich and they always fail. There’s more bread/roll(stale) than there is egg, cheese, or bacon. Sandwich is cold to the touch and this is takeout too. The sandwich is best described as bread roll ft egg and cheese because of how flimsy and thin it was. Seriously, Go anywhere else but this place or just stay hungry! Would rate a quarter of a star if I could!

Called to order and nobody picks up. Then I come in 5 minutes later( mind you it’s completely empty) and the women had me standing there waiting for 10 minutes while she was on the phone with the driver. I asked for the phone number encase I dialed wrong. She said “snippy” well that’s the number are you going to order now? I was taken back. I understand bagels shops get busy especially on a Saturday but damn…. I believe they prefer if you order online. The phone number issue happens almost every time. I need to stop coming here seriously. Do better or get more staff as she was by herself. Also $4.99 for a side of bacon that contained 4pieces… smh no thanks …

I wouldn’t come here again. The quality of the bagels I got tasted and felt like they were a day old. Almost like they were made a while ago, frozen, then thawed. Also, I have never had a Jersey bagel with so little cream cheese. The bagel itself didn’t even have enough cream cheese to cover the inside let alone spill out the sides. The workers were nice but that doesn’t do much for the quality.

All around disappointing. Got the chicken sandwich with onion and peppers was under cooked and the onion rings are burnt but cold. Had to put the whole thing in the oven. Honestly stopped ordering from here years ago and now remember why.

Horrible service, rude employees and the food is absolutely stale and disgusting. Please do yourself a favor and get bagels literally anywhere else.

Came in for a turkey and Swiss. After arriving back at my job sight 20min away I got a cheese sandwich.

Very rude I stood there for 5 minstrel nobody acknowledged me ,so I walked out I will take my money somewhere else

Great spot. Good coffee, delicious bagels, and friendly staff.

Great place for breakfast or anything on the menu is wonderful. My kid is a picky eater and he loves when I Oder from here.

My favorite bagel spot in town for literally like 15 years. Really good bagels/sandwiches and the coffee is really smooth!

Delicious food, nice service

Ordered food to be delivered at 6:55. After waiting 25 minutes after the due time I was informed by Grubhub that they wouldn’t deliver order . They should have never accepted the order if there intentions were to not deliver. Very bad owner skills and management. Bagels and more should change name to bagels and Can’t..
