I went to KBBQ Cupbob and ordered two bowls, a kimbap, fries, and some bubble teas. Food took almost 50 minutes to come out. Food was good but overpriced for what you get.

I’ve been a supporter of this place ever since they opened up because they’re the only place that I know that has has Cupbop the more that I come here the more disappointed I am the more expensive has gotten. I ordered a popcorn chicken. Create your own bowl. When I try to order online, it’s crazy how the price was about three dollars less or maybe I was missing something this place charged me $20 for fried chicken, basically two tenders cut up into small pieces with rice japchae and a sunny side up egg, The only reason why I come over here is for the white sauce nothing else I would understand charging me $20 for a Korean beef dish, but this is Highway robbery. I understand the price for Ingredients is high, but for that amount of money that I spent, I should expect more food. To add the cherry on top it literally took 30 minutes to get my meal done like what is it? Did they slaughter the chicken? I mean I understand you have online orders, but I could guarantee you while I was there. I did not hear the request for food through online. I could bet you this that that place is a nightmare for DoorDash because they will have to spend about 30 minutes and careful if the order is a lot bigger than what I ordered no air-conditioning while waiting for the food. I was sweating up a storm inside there.
I don’t know what it is whether they have a solar powered Fryer but it doesn’t take 30 minutes to fry some chicken . I bet the rice is already steamed and an egg only takes two minutes to cook. What I’m thinking is that they don’t have commercial grade cooking equipment to make service faster
All in all the staff there are always great, but I won’t be wasting my time going to this place any longer like I said that’s not my first time in this restaurant I’ve been supporting this restaurant ever since it has opened. I figured out how to make the white sauce myself.
