Wonderful atmosphere i went inside instead of drive thru with my brother and customer service 5 stars all the time. Professional , courtesy and caring service.
New layout looks great they have self help kiosk for quick ordering. Parking lot almost the same have noticed tho that people will block the road to go in to the drive through probably only thing.

Stopped going here in the mornings due to it being overly packed and takes forever to get my order. I waited 25 minutes one morning on drive through and went inside once and it took about 10-15 minutes for a bagel. Great and nice people but I would recommend going to a less busy DD if you are in a rush.

After going through a renovation few months back, this is like the most gorgeous DD ever. They have a drive thru lane, very spacious inside, with slick new tables, chairs and 2 self ordering kiosks. Alongside DD goods, they also have Baskin Robins ice cream for cones and also in tubs.
We went in evening hours and still they had an excellent inventory of donuts and bakery goods. We didn’t have wait in line for too long. Got one donut right away and the hash brown was ready for pickup in couple of minutes.
Plenty of choices at this Dunkin location. Easy parking. Has a drive through.

I love this location I drive from Teaneck to Bergenfeld just to get my coffee and breakfast. I’ve been coming here for years. There are two Dunkin’ Donuts within Teaneck and they are both horrible. I will drive an extra 5 min just to get my coffee I love them. They get my order right all the time they know me by name.Very sweet make my mornings !!

Terrible customer service. I asked for a bag since I placed 2 orders they said they didn’t have. That’s a lie ! I said when I order through door dash I get a bag then they go oh it’s $2.00! Bunch of liars and terrible attitudes.
