OMG! The Best ice cream Ever! Ok, so don't get weirded out by the names or description (like I did)... just ask for a taste. I thought I would try the Ube Cheese just to be brave and ended up buying a pint. I was That good. I'm just sorry that I didn't buy 2!
The vanilla was amazing as was the Leeche Flan. Can't wait to try more flavors (and get more Ube Cheese)!

francy’s artisanal ice cream is so good! the texture is rich and creamy, and it’s not overly sweet, which i really appreciate. they offer unique flavors you don’t usually see in other places. definitely worth checking out if you’re into quality ice cream with a twist

This place was AWESOME. A child writing this, and this ice cream place is spectacular!!! The employees are stupendous. Super kind and cooperative. The ice cream is super creamy and tasty! It’s not too sweet, just right. GO TRY THE DUBAI FLAVOR IT’S TERRIFIC!!! I’m not saying this just because the manager of the shop is my aunt, I’m being completely honest. Francy’s Artisanal Ice Cream is amazing. I have seen the back of the shop, and I have been impressed to the max. I recommend the Ube Cheese, Dubai Chocolate, Mango Graham, and the Ube. 100% would go again!

A Filipino owner created a unique flavorful ice cream that you will definitely coming back for more flavor, this hidden gem in Bergenfield is a hit specially this summer time, me and my family drive just to get to try their seasonal flavor, the place is really small and sometimes get pack inside and out and most of the time the famous flavor is out of stock early night, I advice everybody to come in the afternoon or during day time. The place is well maintained but sometimes get crazy but highly recommend to try this place and you will love it as much as we do.

As soon as my wife and I walked in, we felt like we were stepping into something special. It wasn’t just a scoop shop — it felt like a little tour. We were greeted by three young staff members who had a great vibe between them — smiling, working smoothly as a team, and taking their time to explain each flavor to every customer.

One of the young ladies even shared the backstory of the owners being from the Philippines, which gave the place a really personal and heartwarming touch.

We tried a few flavors before circling back to order — and we loved that they offer a half scoop option. It’s such a smart idea for indecisive ice cream lovers like us! We ended up with half scoops of Dubai Chocolate and Mango — a beautiful contrast. The mango was tropical and bright, and the chocolate was deep, rich, and unforgettable.

We had our ice cream in a green cone — a fun and vibrant touch that made it feel even more like a treat. The whole experience was warm, welcoming, and easy. A great space with even better energy. We left smiling — full of ice cream and good vibes.

Francy’s is a must-try for dessert lovers! I had the ube cheese ice cream and it was absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, and full of that classic ube flavor with a fun, flavorful twist. Unique and satisfying, it’s a treat I’ll definitely come back for. A sweet spot worth checking out!

Unique ice cream spot in the area loved the different flavors and the fact they let you try all of the flavors and have accommodating staff stood out to me

The guy at the counter was really nice and patient in explaining everything. I had the ube cheese & craquantes and lychee ice cream on a matcha cone and they were both exceptional. And despite coming in with high hopes from the reviews, I was still surprised by how good the ice cream (and cone) was! I really enjoyed the texture of the ube cheese & craquantes and the lychee ice cream tasted exactly like lychee like the guy said. Definitely coming back to try more flavors and cones (and maybe the ice cream sandwich).

I have been a fan of Francy’s since they first opened. They consistently deliver on their menu - their staple flavors and their seasonal options are unmatched. Francy’s is one of my top 3 places that I take my friends when they are visiting the area from out of state, and I love to bring pints to family gatherings because they’re always a hit with everyone.

Easily 5 stars if they could sort out their in-store experience, which can be so hit or miss. They are either so understaffed where a single person is handling sampling and working the register, or they are overrun with clueless high school students who could really benefit from an onsite manager, until they’re ready to operate on their own.

The shop is small but I think they’ve managed to optimize the best customer flow, considering the space and setup they have to work with. I just hope they can figure out the operations and employee flow *behind* the counter.

Francy's ice cream was a pleasant surprise that we found through social media. We absolutely loved the various flavors especially the Filipino ones. We tried 9 flavors: Ube, Sampaguita, Leche Flan, Buko Pandan, Lychee, Dubai Milk Chocolate, Bukomansi, Ube with Cheese and Gianduja Crunch. They were delectable. Highly recommended, you won't regret it.

OMG. My taste buds are crying tears of joy. I walked in expecting a sweet treat. I left emotionally changed. These flavors have allowed me to reach enlightenment via ice cream.
