Owners are unprofessional. If you ever come here, you’ll realize the employees are all teenagers in high school so it is easy for them to take advantage of these young kids. DO NOT work for these people if seeking a job.

If you like unusual ice cream flavors, this is the place for you! I tried quite a few flavors and bought 3 pints - this was almost $40! Unfortunately for me, what tasted good as a bight was not as good for an entire bowl. I would suggest getting a cone with several flavors before getting an entire pint. I bought the Ube, Budokan and Melon flavors.

This was our 2nd time at Francy's, and the flavors were great again. Loved the ube and calamansi flavors the most!

Katherine was serving us, and they were the best. Very friendly and attentive, making our experience even better.

Passionfruit, yuzu and white chocolate is where it's at! Such high quality and amazing flavors, Francy's is a must try if you're in the area.

I am an ice cream snob. And I love this place. They have a huge variety of exotic flavors (it took me almost a week of daily visit to try them all), they have 1/2 option - when you take a smaller size but fit 2 flavors (this was created for me!) and I've found the flavor I can keep returning to without that being chocolate :)
I rate this ice cream 5/5 and will keep coming back!

This is honestly the best ice cream in New York tri-state area. I wish they had a shop in Manhattan but it's worth the trek to New Jersey to try these incredible flavors. The texture is perfection – so creamy and rich! White espresso, ricotta fig and walnut, matcha cookies and cream, ube cheese, pandan, Thai tea... it's.so hard to choose when every flavor is amazing!

Dietary restrictions: There are vegan and gluten-free flavors that are just as delicious!

This is my all-time favorite ice cream shop. I never care to try anyone else's ice cream anymore because they will never compare!

They have a wide selection of unique Filipino flavors that taste exactly as described. My favorites are the Buko Pandan and Calamansi one. I've also tried their hot ice cream sandwich too!

The staff is very attentive and always ask if we have any food allergies and patiently let us sample the ice cream.

They sell pints if you want to have Francy's from the comfort of your home.

Lots of parking because it's in a shopping center.

It there was a 0 star review, I’ll leave it…service was terrible, girl at the front was so rude when we’re asking to try some of the flavors. Everyone seems like they hate working there plus they were out of most flavors

So many incredible flavors to choose from! My Personal favorite is the passion fruit yuzu and white chocolate! London fog is a good choice as well for milk tea lovers. And if you want a refreshing treat, try the Black rice and mango ?

Literally the best ice cream ever! The look on my face when I saw Halo halo and Ube flavors!!!!! Oh my goodness! The only ice cream parlor I go to for now on! My kids love it too and I’m super hype that they carry so many Filipino flavors.
