My husband and I ordered the small oxtail and curry goat, and also two beef patties. Both meals were good. The rice & cabbage were especially delicious. But OMG the beef patties were sooooo good! Better than the chain Jamaican restaurant. I’d come back just for that. Hot & flaky delicious. Very pleased.
Added on 9/6/25 - we went back & wanted to order however they ran out of food at the time we arrived at 7pm on the nose. They were very apologetic & suggested we call ahead next time which we will. They only had veggie patties left & lemme tell you, they’re forgiven! Best veggie patty I’ve ever had. The filling & the dough was so damn good. Flaky & flavorful! Will be back & will call ahead next time.

This restaurant is perhaps the worst experience I ever have after moving to new Jersey,I feel like I was in Louisiana,the man behind the counter pretend like I was begging him for something,after I ordered he ask me if that all I want,then a while man enter the restaurant he to fill the white man order before me even though I was in the restaurants before the White Man one beef ,I Was embarassed , being a Jamaican I cancel the order very rude and and disgusting Jamaican restaurant don't go there there better service elsewhere , I go to a Spanish restaurants after that and did not get any shabby treatment like that.

The oxtail was so good. Fantastic oxtail. Not salty , the right seasoning. The rice and peas was wonderful. Not everyone know how to cook rice but this place do. The owner was super nice. Will be coming again.

First time going. It was late on the weekend. Everything is made fresh daily so there was a few things that they didn't have. We got the curry chicken and curry goat, also a few beef pies. Everything was fantastic. The portions were bigger than I expected. Very happy with this p place. Will go again, just earlier next time.
