Just ordered this. I ordered the Mixed Combo Platter. Barely any chicken and somewhat raw, beef is tough like jerky, lettuce is not even cut. Was delivered to me by hand, I opened it. Looked like someone ate it and also looked like dog food.

A dear elderly neighbor passed away and my husband suggested we order food for the family. I called Just Platters last minute and told them I needed food for 15 people the manager was amazing and understanding. When I picked up the food he came out and put it in my trunk. The neighbors were so thankful and said the food was soo good.

Bad food the mix over rice looked like a dog food, cold, and the white sauce was thick like a mayo on top. The salad was saggy and old. I threw it out immediately. It is overpriced be carful it will charge you more than the menu. It says free delivery fee but you end up paying $14 for delivery.

I ordered from here once and part of my order was wrong. The part that was correct didnt taste good and looked gross. I called to complain about the incorrect order and they said I would have to call the next day. The next day I called and they said they would have someone call me. They never called me. A week later I called (at this point I was only calling them to let them know that their service is terrible and that noone ever called me.) All I wanted was what I actually ordered. I didnt want to fuss about getting a refund. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

The food is disgusting, the portions are tiny, and in general the experience is horrible. I couldn't even finish the food, not for lack of hunger, because it was revolting.

Halal Grillo and Just Platters are right next to each other. I’ve ordered from both and got sloppy dishes after waiting 2 hours. If you call, you will get sent to vm. Horrible places to order from.
