We ordered take out, but the restaurant was kept very clean and the inside was so cozy and colorful. All of the staff were super nice and they were quick on their feet. We ordered carne asada street tacos and they were well worth it— and the price was more than reasonable for the quantity. Amazing tender beef with the perfect amount of cilantro and onion. I was a little worried when they said guacamole came on the tacos, but I’m glad I didn’t request they take it off because it was so good. Both their red and green tamatillo sauces are also amazing and added so much flavor and spice to the tacos. ALSO— don’t worry about asking for extra limes for your tacos (most places don’t give you enough), but we were given so many slices with the order that we have a ton left over. 1,000% will be coming back here.

This place is a legit mexican restaurant. The food, the vibes, and service was great! I had the 4 sopes with chicken, and i was able to have two different meats (chicken and steak). Since i asked how sweet was the café de olla, the lady that took our order gave me a bit in a small cup to taste it. I thought it was enough sweet for me :). These kind of gestures just shows that the place can accommodate to your needs and they do their best to serve you well. This just became my second best go to mexican restaurant if im around this area.
Also: The PRICES are super inexpensive, you can have a good meal on a budget.

This is a true gem. The food is superb and the prices are very reasonable. This is a small location and the place is usually packed. The one drawback is that although the menu is in Englis, the staff is primarily Spanish speaking so you may need to use google translate.

If there was a possibility to give a 0 I would, I called them and I spoke with the manager to complain about the food because some of my order did not feel fresh. I ordered a Candelaria Special, and their fried plantains did not feel fresh which the person in charge told me that they are frozen. I wonder what else is frozen from this place?
