Their food and boba teas are amazing overall— however I give this establishment 1 star— or zero stars as a matter of fact — for their poor service and packaging! This is the third time we received delivery order thru uber Eats that they completely forgot to include straws! How do you enjoy sipping slush with boba without straws? How can you overlook something so simple? The lack of attention is just appalling. The staff is making it so hard to support local business. Definitely a thumbs down dessert place!

This place is the only place in bergen county area if you happen to be craving bubble tea at midnight, they are open. Met Mau today and he rang me and as I'm sensitive to corn syrup, I appreciated that he shared that with me unlike my previous visits. It will be my go-to bubble tea place from now on

The bubble tea is amazing. The food is amazing, but I hated about the place is that we’re paying all this money to be there and there’s no air conditioner in there. Places hot as hell. It feels like a sauna and I was only there 10 minutes so if I felt that way for 10 minutes, I could only imagine how the workers feel and how the workers are suffering. If I’m going to continue to support this business they need to fix the AC does it really show they don’t care about their workers it just shows that the owner only cares about money because they make more than Enough to fix that air conditioner.

MANAGEMENT SHOULD HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Wait time is ridiculous for a “fast-casual” establishment. This is not the workers fault!! It is the managements fault!! I bet they don’t get paid enough too!! Besides lack of managements due diligence the food and drinks are well made.

Experience really depends on who is behind the counter. But overall the customer service is pretty bad. They have great ice cream and if you get the elderly lady at night or the young guy of Asian descent you’re gonna get an amazing bubble tea. If you get any of the young ladies you’re gonna get an extremely sweet drink even if you say 0 percent. If you remind them that you said 0 percent they’ll claim that the cup of sugar is 0 percent somehow. The inconsistency is something that I really wish they’d improve . They have such a great business idea but implementation widely depends on the staff and I guess they’re not all trained to the same standard. Really unfortunate but beware of when you go. If they had any competition in the area I would never go again but getting bubble tea here is pretty much impossible

Love their bobas and their prices are very reasonable. Their staff is friendly as well. If you don’t like your drinks too sweet like me, I’d recommend 50%. The regular (70%) was too sweet for me. Both drinks were absolutely excellent! Taro tasted like cookies and cream lolll

I took my son there, on his birthday, for Boba. We were visiting the area. We love the selection of drinks they offer as well as the different kinds of bubbles we could choose from. Friendly service, too! We will definitely head back, next time we're in town!
