Experience really depends on who is behind the counter. But overall the customer service is pretty bad. They have great ice cream and if you get the elderly lady at night or the young guy of Asian descent you’re gonna get an amazing bubble tea. If you get any of the young ladies you’re gonna get an extremely sweet drink even if you say 0 percent. If you remind them that you said 0 percent they’ll claim that the cup of sugar is 0 percent somehow. The inconsistency is something that I really wish they’d improve . They have such a great business idea but implementation widely depends on the staff and I guess they’re not all trained to the same standard. Really unfortunate but beware of when you go. If they had any competition in the area I would never go again but getting bubble tea here is pretty much impossible

Came here and my experience was nothing short of excellent. Food is good, but the drinks are better. One of the workers, Jacob, recommended me the Thai Milk Tea and it was very good. Would come back again.

Love their bobas and their prices are very reasonable. Their staff is friendly as well. If you don’t like your drinks too sweet like me, I’d recommend 50%. The regular (70%) was too sweet for me. Both drinks were absolutely excellent! Taro tasted like cookies and cream lolll

I took my son there, on his birthday, for Boba. We were visiting the area. We love the selection of drinks they offer as well as the different kinds of bubbles we could choose from. Friendly service, too! We will definitely head back, next time we're in town!

Went to go get Boba and not only was it delicious the workers were very helpful and kind with no issues at all, I believe there names were Mauricio and Julie. Would recommend to anyone wanting Boba. 10/10
