I'm very disappointed with this restaurant. Good food but terrible service. I put an order in for Christmas eve and they tell me to Pick it up at 4:30. I go and pick up the order and they tell me it's not ready. They give me a BS excuse that their oven stopped working (how convinient). Then they tell me my order won't be ready for another hour. I go home, an hour passes by and I receive a call from the manager and he tells me that my order is going to be canceled and my money will be returned. I will never go back to this restaurant again. There is a better restaurant not to far from there and their food is much more flavorful.

I would like to talk about their service.. this restaurant has really bad customer service regarding ordering food to be picked up. I ordered food in a day advance to be picked up the next day on specific time because I had to travel a hour away with the food and when I get there to pick up the food it was’t ready. Supposedly I had to wait a hour more for my food to be ready.
when I ordered the food the lady specifically told me that in order to make sure it was done on time I had to paid in advance, which I did.
This isn’t the first time that it’s happens to me at this place.
I requested to speak to the manager and they placed me on hold for 7 minutes to tell me that the manager wasn’t there which I knew they were lying.
I felt like they didn’t even care how upset I was. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! They definitely lost a customer on my end and next time I want Dominican food I will go to Elsa in Teaneck..

every time I go there the girls there are talking look at you then look away but there real quick to answer the phone I use to like this place but I feel there customer service is real bad

My family love's this restaurant as a Puerto Rican woman with mixed children. They have everything and anything we could imagine. It's good for a family eatery or if your looking to have a bite by yourself. Also added bonus you can have drink while waiting for your food. Of course I can not forget the deserts are delicious. A perfect way to end your meal with. The staff is more than helpful and accommodating.

I was honestly disappointed, I wanted mangu but they ran out so I went with another option, at first I was enjoy it but then I was appalled by the texture and to make matters worse there was a fruit fly roaming around my table then landed on my salami. Tables should be properly cleaned people eat here
