I was honestly disappointed, I wanted mangu but they ran out so I went with another option, at first I was enjoy it but then I was appalled by the texture and to make matters worse there was a fruit fly roaming around my table then landed on my salami. Tables should be properly cleaned people eat here

Food is pretty good when I want Dominican food in the area this is always my go too there price are also pretty good for the portions they give.

I always come to this restaurant all the time the food is good but today I go in there and there are more people than usual we are thr only ones waiting to be served so we sit there for easily 10 to 15 mins just watching everyone talk to each other and have conversations there was one young lady who was flirting with a customer while he was being rung up by a customer and then proceeded to make eye contact with me (at one point they all did) and went to the back then came to the front drank from her redbull poured two orders of food then turned her back then asked after a few minutes she turned and asked if we were being taken care of no customer service at all I usually get taken care of by the older spanish women with glasses she is amazing she always gives the best customer service I don't think I'll go there anymore I left and googled a different spanish restaurant in the area cause I just moved to bergan county.

I went to Lula’s two weeks ago. I order a small container of their garlic honey chicken, and it was $12, which I think was too expensive for the amount of pieces of chicken we got. A gentleman overheard me speaking to my son and let me know it’s more affordable to get a combo and gave me some rice and small beans. The food was good so I decided to go back last week. I order a combo #5. The place was empty, and I waited about 15 minutes thinking it was because of the pork crackling. I paid and when I got home to my surprise no pork crackling. I called, and the worker who answered said she took care of me and she only charged me for a combo #1. Had no answer for me as to why I waited so long if what she charged me for was in the front of the restaurant and not the back of the kitchen and didn’t get what I actually ordered just kept repeating that she charged be for a combo #1. Do better.

Workers are rude and barely speak English. They seem annoyed and don’t really want to serve you. I can’t deny the food tastes good but the customer service is really low.

The attention of the women in this place is terrible, they leave you waiting and act like they don't see you, to pay you have to go there because they are not attentive to the clients, and it was only my husband and I and that was empty .... I asked for the favor of having my table cleaned and the girl reluctantly didn't even wipe the cloth on my part and there was a scratch on the table, how angry those women are in serving, because they work with customer service May God bless you....

Their pricing is awful. They charged me $17 for a chicharron!!!! and $15 for a meal that didn’t even come with beans. Food was awful and Cold. Their pricing is a disgrace to the community.
