The food was cold and there's nothing worse than cold McDonald's fries. My drink order was wrong. When I brought it to the person at the drive through she had an attitude. Won't go back here. The orders are either cold, wrong, or both.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! Their customer service stinks. I don't like to use the automated kiosks. I prefer to speak to a human being when placing my order. In so doing I stood at the register for almost 10 mins before some one bothered to notice me and begrudgingly took my order. No smile, no welcome to ... and this general attitude seemed to be throughout the staff.
The food finally arrived, definitely not Fast Food, and it was the typical McDonald's, nothing to complain or praise. However, they have removed the self service drink station and when I asked for a refill I was informed that the store manager does not allow that. So $3 for one small plastic cup mostly full of ice and no refill. A total rip off. I've not been told no refill in years. And for the prices we pay.
Overall the entire experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. With so many other places I can pick from there no reason for me to ever return to this McDonald's.

The value meal says $5 on the website but it's really $6. The food was COLD and had no flavor what's so ever. Double cheeseburger is a joke. Two don't even look like one, that's how thin they are. Good bye McDonald's ✌🏻never again....next up, the crown competitor.

It’s 2 PM on a Saturday and I just ordered a milkshake only to be told that they “don’t have ice cream right now.” 2 PM on a Saturday they don’t have ice cream. Inexcusable.

This has to be the worst McDonald's in the country. I think they purposely make everything bad to drive customers away. This way they don't get too busy and have to work hard. A brilliant idea!!

They gave us twice the order that was not ours although they did it again and I appreciate it but I think they should improve the staff and they don't even answer the greeting and when they do it it's in a bad way only once and it was twice that I saw her She was friendly, she saw you enter the store and she gave you the order with a smile.

I usually order through the app and pick up via the drive-thru. This was my first time trying the McRib, and I was a bit underwhelmed since it didn't look like the advertisement. The flavor was good, but I think I'll stick to my regular cheeseburger with extra pickles and onions. Still, I'd recommend giving it a try.

I ordered on the kiosk and the staff told me my order didn’t exist. Had to argue for over an hour before they found my order and never apologized. Not so fast food.

They supposedly couldn’t find my order even when I’ve shown my email confirmation and McDonald’s app/order. Their computers were probably not working but after showing them proof I had just ordered and I paid, they could’ve done something about it aside from telling me to figure it out. Awful service, better to go to a different McDonald’s.
