I went to McDonald’s to pick up my order and was completely ignored. I said hello when I walked in, and not a single employee bothered to respond they were all on their phones. Eventually a girl came over, and when I politely greeted her, she didn’t say a word back. She just shoved the order at me and walked away without any acknowledgment.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. If staff can’t even offer basic courtesy or professionalism, then this location seriously needs better training and management.
Nice to have a McDonald's near me.

Had trouble using in app coupons at the register but the cashier Joselyn’s was so helpful and took her time and showed me how to scan and use them, would definitely return if she’s working!!

When you order from the Monopoly menu through the McDonald’s app, the stickers are digital, not physical. Simple, right? Unfortunately, I didn't know this as today's the first time that I used the app to make the order. However, the staff at the Bergenfield, NJ location had no idea as well.
When I went to pick up my order and asked for the stickers as I ordered from the Monopoly menu, the counter staff and the manager told me that because I ordered two large smoothies, they “count as medium drinks,” so I didn’t qualify for stickers. 🤦♀️
That explanation was completely irrelevant and misleading. It wasn’t about drink size at all — it was about their lack of training and basic understanding of how the promotion actually works. The manager even told me that if I was unhappy, I could “go complain in the app.” Very professional, right?
I even recorded the conversation because the whole situation was so absurd. This happened around 2:44 PM on October 8. I hope the owner sees this — the staff seriously need proper training, and if they don't know what to answer, they can do some homework instead of being that ridiculous.
And to other customers who order food thru the APP first time like me: don’t be misled like I was. If you order through the McDonald’s app, your Monopoly stickers are digital, not something they’ll hand you at the counter — no matter how “creative” their excuses get.

I came here for emotions, because coffee is emotions. I ordered a latte and was told to wait a bit because the machine wasn’t working, but that fries would be a “bonus” for waiting. After 25 minutes, the manager (Maria) just said: “We already gave you fries,” and that was it.
I came for coffee, not fries. McDonald’s is a brand that should care about emotions and customer service, I recommend working on this at this location.

Took our drive thru order before 3am. 2 cars infront. Got to the window at 308 and told us we can have ice cream anymore since it was after 3am LOL terrible service and should make new policies about ice cream order near 3am if that’s the case

The food was cold and there's nothing worse than cold McDonald's fries. My drink order was wrong. When I brought it to the person at the drive through she had an attitude. Won't go back here. The orders are either cold, wrong, or both.
