I know it's super bowl Sunday but an hour delay on my carry out order is obscene and unethical when the system told me my order was ready. I arrived to pick up and there are literally 30 people waiting for their orders, too. The employee called out a dozen names of all the orders waiting behind the counter and none of them are present. Very disorganized.
PLEASE DISABLE OR UPDATE THE ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM SO THAT PEOPLE HAVE AN ACCURATE WAIT TIME FOR THEIR ORDER.
I waited at the store for 40 minutes AFTER my order was "ready." And then I canceled and left, but they said my order wasn't showing paid for even though I prepaid online when I ordered.
NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

We ordered two pizza 1 supreme and 1 Hawaiian with pineaple and ham. I was charged right on the receipt of $31+ $6 tip. But when we opened the box it was 2 regular cheese pizza. I called the store to pick it up and replace it, but the manager at the store denied our request to replace the 2 pizza with our original order.

Delicious pan pizza, then ordered another day and they messed up my order, twice. They tried to make up by giving me the wrong pizza order, which was fine, but they still made a mistake with the sauce. I ordered bbq but they still used the usual marinara, with less toppings vs what I ordered. I just let it go coz it was getting too much of a hassle.
Vegetarian options: To add more choices of toppings especially with vegetables.

I haven't had Pizza Hut since I was younger so I was excited to order from here. I ordered 2 pizzas yesterday online for delivery. I was surprised that my delivery was being fulfilled by Door Dash. The expected delivery time kept changing. In the end it took 52 minutes to arrive. When I saw the driver pull into the driveway I opened the door and stepped out but he just left the pizza on the floor at my side door. I did not select contact less delivery either. The pizza was cold and really hard and disgusting. I never had a crust that was like literal crackers. I guess that's why it's called thin and crispy. If I wanted crackers I would have bought crackers, not pizza. Even my dog refused to eat it and he eats everything. The hand tossed crust was also hard. I'm going to order Domino's or Papa John's from now on. I luckily have these various options within 10 minutes of me.

Honestly I’ve been maybe 3-4 times and EVERYTIME my order is wrong. The people are great but I think they may be a little overwhelmed. They do the best they can but I’d think twice next time I order.
