This is my 2nd time try , they carry upside down Sicilian pies , no other pizzeria does it in the area , couple of weeks ago I tried same style pizza in NY , tonight I decided to give it a try , great pizza & a decent customer service , that style pie takes over half hour to be made , you need to be patient , it is really worth a try , will be back .

Absolutely the best square pizza (Grandma style) anywhere....all quality cheeses, sauce, and a superb crust.. We also loved that we didnt get heartburn or take a 2 hour nap after eating it. Glad we found this place and its owner( a fine gentleman) 5 stars
Last night, I found myself craving pizza at an ungodly hour, and I decided to give Pizza Romanga a shot. Let me tell you, it was one of the best late-night decisions I've ever made!
I ordered the a large pie, garlic knots, & a chicken parm, and the first bite took me straight to flavor heaven. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, with just the right amount of crunch that added a delightful taste to my mouth & the sauce tasted so savory with flavor, very homemade giving such a perfect balance.
Pick up was prompt, and the owner was a sweet Italian man working on many orders, alone, might I add
Overall, my late-night pizza fix was not only satisfied but elevated thanks to Pizza Romanga. I highly recommend giving them a try if you're looking for delicious pizza that hits the spot, no matter the hour. I'll definitely be ordering from him again!

Hi, I placed an order from this restaurant for pick-up on DoorDash. When I walked in, I was greeted, but once I let him know I was there to pick up an order placed on DoorDash, to my dismay, the complete mood changed. The man at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was practically yelling at me. It almost felt as if he wanted me to leave just because I didn't order in-store. Right after I told him, he rudely said it would be canceled. I was confused as to why he was angered so quickly when I did nothing wrong. He started ranting and complaining about me ordering on DoorDash rather than in-store. As a customer, my goal is to get the food, and it isn't my problem about how much they "lose" on a DoorDash fee. The funny thing is that they have a "partnerd with DoorDash" sticker on their front door. He was constantly going on and on and told me it would be canceled, so I asked him if I could just get a slice. He was complaining about his business and how his family was struggling to make ends meet, so he couldn't pay for the $2 fee his restaurant pays to DoorDash. He constantly insisted that I just order and pay him directly at the store, but I already paid through DoorDash. For a measly $2, he's lost a customer and a sale. I would've gotten a slice, but at that point, I was fed up and decided this wasn't a place worth spending my money on. I was very disappointed and left the restaurant without my food, but thankfully, I managed to get a refund through DoorDash. There are plenty of other pizzerias in the area that are better worth your time and hard-earned money. I already know the owner is going to make some comment and deny all this to make their ratings appear better. Maybe the reason that they are struggling is because of all the people that they would have paid for their recent 5-star reviews. Maybe I just walked into a man having a bad day, but whatever is going on in his personal life should definitely be kept to himself. Thank you for your time, and take this advice and go to some other pizzeria.

"A Must-Visit for Pizza Lovers!"
We flew in from Los Angeles, unfamiliar with the area and very hungry. Fortunately, we stumbled upon this gem of a place. The owner was incredibly nice and welcoming, making us feel right at home. He prepared the pizzas fresh, and they were absolutely delicious! If you're visiting from LA or just passing through, we highly recommend stopping by. You won't be disappointed!

First time ordering with delivery. Ordered wings, ziti and chicken parm hero. Excellent! The delivery driver was polite and helpful as we are a handicapped couple. We will be ordering from themvagain soon.
“I absolutely loved the pizza! The owner is a genuinely kind man who pours his heart into every pie. What really sets this place apart is the commitment to quality—no slices sitting on display because he knows it compromises the freshness. You have to admire the pride he takes in delivering a top-tier product. Highly recommend!”

I think this is the best pizza I have ever had. Sam has talent in making pizzas are is extraordinary. He does have beef toppings, which I feel is rare. I think you would be very happy going to Pizza Romano.

Terrible customer service. Disrespectful and provides no options to choose from
In response to the owner:
1) I came in, and asked where the menu was because I didn’t see slices of pizza. You said “Just tell me what you want, I’ll make it”
2) I responded, “Okay, can I have 2 slices and a pepperoni. For the second, what would you recommend?”
3) You responded, “I dont have many items here, just tell me what you want”
- Notice, you didn’t point out a menu or give me one
4) I respond, “Alright, do you have a margherita or parm cheese?”
5) You ask me to repeat, which I did. You then respond, “No I dont have it, just tell me what you want”
6) I respond, “Can you please tell me what you have?”
7) You respond, “Just tell me what you want.”
8) Obviously confused, I ask my question again.
9) At this point, you are clearly frustrated at me, maybe because of my race, and then raise your voice at me, “I have sausage,…” and a few things I didn’t hear.
10) Taken aback, I just ask for sausage for my second slice. I say “thank you”
11) You dont even respond to me. You are clearly upset at this point, and without a word, leave the cashier’s area.
12) I dont know what to do at this point. So I tell you, “excuse me, nevermind, I will go somewhere else, thank you”
13) You don’t even say anything or come out. You let me leave without a word.
14) I just got off a 12 hour shift, and just wanted some pizza, but you have been nothing but impatient and rude. Yes you open till 12, but it was still 11 pm, a full hour before closing. You were clearly upset you had to close so late, and took it out on me.
Please stop lying. You have been entirely disrespectful.
