This Taco Bell is absolutely terrible at their service. I placed an order for delivery at 10:00 PM, and it’s now 12:25 AM, and I still haven’t received my food. I will never order from this place again. It’s ridiculous that I had to wait for 2.5 hours for my food. I even called them, and they told me that my food was getting ready and had passed an hour after that! This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

I've always had a bad experience when ordering through uber eats - the last few times, for example, the food came an hour late and we were getting messages from our driver apologizing and saying she was waiting but they just didn't have the food ready.
Last night when we ordered, the food was miraculously on time but Taco Bell forgot an item in our order. It's not the end of the world, but I am 9 months pregnant and I can't tell you how emotionally devastating it was to be looking forward to this food all day and it didn't come. Uber refunded us partially but I just give up with this Taco Bell. There is supposedly a new one about to open in Norwood and we can't wait to switch

WHERE'S THE BEEF ! ordered 3 taco supremes today, with a mid size soda ( $12.+ ). had to remove all the lettuce and sour cream, to discover a drink straw size of meat hidden underneath. if you are into lettuce and sour cream taco's, this place is for you !
I ordered inside the store and my order took over 20 minutes to come out. The workers were only making the drive thru orders first and not making the in-store orders when the orders got placed. Even after I showed the worker my order it still took over ten minutes for my food to come out and there were barely any customers inside the store.

Arrived around 11:30 PM and placed an order using my Amex card. I was handed my drink, then waited 20 minutes while several other customers received their food. When I went back to the cashier, I was told my order never went through.
I paid again with a Mastercard and finally received my food just before midnight, only to be immediately asked to leave because the restaurant was closing.

The order takes forever! The people are so rude and very unprofessional… Never stepping my foot in this place again

I’m thinking outside the bun to explore a great meal deal at Taco Bell.
As I perused the menu, it was a no-brainer to select one of their iconic boxes, in particular the Supreme Luxe Box.
This lunch prix fixe deal includes five selected items.
Beefy 5-Layer Burrito:
This flour tortilla was filled with beef, refried beans, sour cream and nacho cheese.
It didn’t have the most cinematic appearance, but it's the taste that matters.
Crunchy Taco:
The taco shell has a variety of flavorful fillings.
The shell itself has seen better days, but I still devoured this bad boy down to the last bite.
Chicken Chalupa Supreme:
If you are looking for an upgrade from the crunchy taco, you’ve found it!
The puffy, thick shell had a soft and crunchy texture.
The grilled chicken, cheeses and other toppings are the backbone to this Mexican-style sandwich.
This was undoubtedly my favorite portion of the Supreme Luxe Box.
Supplement your meal with complimentary dipping sauces ranging from mild to diablo. Lather the sauce anyway with any flavor; the choice is yours.
Nachos with Cheese:
I substituted this side in place of the Cinnamon Twists because I felt it was a much better fit for the Box.
Enjoy them as is or with some warm nacho cheese sauce.
Medium Fountain Drink:
Wash your meal down with any Pepsi product ranging from Lipton Iced Tea to Mountain Dew.
As a bonus, free refills are available.
As another bonus, Taco Bell locations open early in case you need to get a jump start on lunch.
Although the appearance of the meal didn’t look its best, the taste was phenomenal and it was a great meal for a great deal.
