Very bad experience, I bought the chicken quesadilla,but there is no chicken,it's mostly cheese,to me that no right because I paid almost $10.00 for the chicken quesadilla meal. Not completely satisfied. I'm not coming back to buy taco bell anymore.

They are supposed to close at 2 AM, at 1:14 they are stopping you from ordering food for whatever reason, honestly speaking I was expecting to be able to order over 30 minutes before closing but clearly they aren’t a “fast food” business.

The customer service was not great. They could not get my order right and what they advertised online they did not have. The employee who took my order could not get it right and had to switch with someone else. Also they could not take amex which is highly unusual for a fast food restaurant. Lastly, the food that we did receive had a very short supply of steak in our steak chalupa’s and burritos. I would not recommend going to this Taco Bell.

I've ordered Mexican pizza and nachos. Pizza was too soggy, and chips were supposed to be crunchy. And all nachos chips were broken to small pieces. I would give them 0 star if I could. Ruined my dinner.

Waited more than 30 mins for the food. Asked for the staff there the status for it during the wait, and she never gave me a response. Another staff member just responded in Spanish when I asked her what's the cause of the delay was. There was more than 5 other customers waiting in the front counter. Poor management on staff and terrible customer service.
