Waited more than 30 mins for the food. Asked for the staff there the status for it during the wait, and she never gave me a response. Another staff member just responded in Spanish when I asked her what's the cause of the delay was. There was more than 5 other customers waiting in the front counter. Poor management on staff and terrible customer service.
I only get drive through and usually after 10 PM. The food is always fresh and hot, with very little time waiting from when I order until it's in my hand. No matter the night, the staff is always friendly and polite, even when they are super busy. They are able to get through lines faster than every other fast food place in the area. I highly recommend them, their night crew rocks!
Visited couple times, and it takes little bit of time to get my order.
Might be great to order ahead through the app.
