This Irish bar restaurant has a nice feel, cozy and warm. The restaurant was clean and pretty empty even on a rainy Saturday night at 6pm. The waitress took a drink order and gave us a basket of freshly fried potato chips which was great with a cold beer of which there was a nice selection. The food itself was a disappointment. My husband had a burger a fries and he was satisfied with the portion size. the burger itself was cooked as requested and flavor was average. We shared a Caesar salad which was soggy...too much dressing. I opted for the fish and chips which was very disappointing. The batter was soggy and not a bit crispy. The fries were just ok and needed more seasoning and they were not hot or crispy as I would have expected. Dessert was hot tea and ice cream. I'd give it another chance but would stay away from the fish and chips as the ambience is quite nice and comfortable!

Tommy Fox's Public House in Bergenfield, New Jersey is a cool bar that has that cool Irish pub feel to it. The service was friendly and the customers were pretty friendly here, as well. I did not try any of the food, but it looked to be what you would expect from a bar. This is definitely a cool.place to gather with some friends and overall, I would recommend here.

Attended a comedy show here. It's was a fabulous enjoyable and funny night . We had a great time and enjoyed all 7 funny comedians. The food was awesome and very reasonable. I had the Shepard pie and my husband had fish and chips both were perfect.Parking: Parking is behind the building. Look for sign on building to know which lot to go into. It's entrance is appx. across from the cvs.

Love Tommy Foxes Pub Burger! Good food. Great bar atmosphere. Pleasant staff … all adds up to a great time at a local restaurant!Kid-friendliness: I always sit at a high top near the bar with my son. He loves it too and they are definitely kid friendly!There is also a kids menu and and EXCELLENT happy hour with half price specials!

Terrible service.Was there on a not so busy evening.Bartenders were unfriendly and rude.Had trouble ordering drinks, they wouldn't look up from their phones.Removed our empty glasses without a word and wouldn't refill our waters, just kept removing glasses off the bar without looking up or saying a word. Never had so much trouble getting a water refill!

It's OK as far as "Irish pubs" go. Service was better than the food, which was just OK.The penne vodka flatbread didn't have the creaminess of the sauce that I was expecting, but diced tomato and a little mozz. Meh.Onion rings were also OK. Hoping that they were made in house, beer battered, and tasty; what I got was a breaded, likely frozen out of a bag (which is fine), and a run-of-the-mill ringer. Meh again.

This place should be a historical monument. The food is very traditional and tasty. My favorite is the shepherds pie and the fish and chips. The waitstaff are mainly irish which makes it so authentic. The weekends tend to be very loud due to the live music. We love the fact that in the summer they have live music in the back lot. Totally recommend if you want authentic irish pub.
