Ridiculous how they will ask for dipping sauce options but not put your 10 piece even in the bag. Luckily they got my kids order right and I didn’t have to hear anything there but boy is it annoying still. I mean also the fact I paid for them and didn’t receive them. Annoying

I understand that working in food service can be challenging, and we all have days when the pace is exhausting. However, whoever was on shift during my recent Uber Eats order seemed to be having a particularly difficult time or simply didn’t care about the customer experience. My order arrived missing items, and my spicy nuggets had so little sauce that they fell far below Wendy’s own standards.

As someone who also works in food service, I know that excellence is not optional. Regardless of how tough a day may be, serving food below company standard is never acceptable. Customers deserve to receive the quality and care the brand promises, whether dining in, ordering at the counter, or receiving delivery.

Very bad experience I am very mad that I didn’t get my 10 piece nuggets that I paid for and I went back and they said sorry we closed we can’t do anything and I asked I want my money back they said register is closed and come back anyday to get a free 10 piece I am very disappointed never again going to this Wendy ever in my life.😡
