I understand that working in food service can be challenging, and we all have days when the pace is exhausting. However, whoever was on shift during my recent Uber Eats order seemed to be having a particularly difficult time or simply didn’t care about the customer experience. My order arrived missing items, and my spicy nuggets had so little sauce that they fell far below Wendy’s own standards.
As someone who also works in food service, I know that excellence is not optional. Regardless of how tough a day may be, serving food below company standard is never acceptable. Customers deserve to receive the quality and care the brand promises, whether dining in, ordering at the counter, or receiving delivery.

Very bad experience I am very mad that I didn’t get my 10 piece nuggets that I paid for and I went back and they said sorry we closed we can’t do anything and I asked I want my money back they said register is closed and come back anyday to get a free 10 piece I am very disappointed never again going to this Wendy ever in my life.😡

After ordering threw door dash. The cashier said their was no order. When it was sitting on the counter the whole time. Food was missing, hand burgers had no buns. No butter which was paid for for the potato. Out of a 48.00 bill. The only thing worth eating was the baked potato. Called Corp. They said they would speak to the store management. I said you never see a manager there. If there was one, they would have stop the 2 girls arguing behind the counter. Maybe get my order right. Plus they don't answer the store phone. I called then door dash called. Just to see if the order came threw. I got an email saying it was ready for pickup. Never going there again.

Pickup window rushed us out, saying “ok bye” almost forgetting our drinks and completely forgot our order of fries. After calling the store multiple times and being sent to voicemail, I was told to drive back around as the floor was closed. Had to wait in line again to receive cold fries from the same cold worker. At least train your employees on how to handle a situation.

This food was absolutely terrible it made me sick and as soon as I stepped in there it smelt like burnt cheese and dirty walls. The first bite I took of my burger it turned me to dust and roaches starting crawling out of my skin
Varsha is the best part about this Wendy’s, her service and kindness always leaves an impression! Even when she’s not working the drive thru, I never have had any order mix ups at this location

I will never ever come back here , customer services is bad they take more than 10 minutes to take the order when they do take it they give you a double Dave wit no cheese chilli fries with no chilli the lobby haves NO forks and the employee will only say to go to the lobby and get what you need !!!!!
