I just love this place. When you order a burger, you get a cold burger, with a piece of lettuce that came straight from the refrigerator, cheese that came straight from the fridge, and a cold slab of meet. Nothing heated. Everything cold. I would just love to see how food inspectors feel about that with meat. This place should be renamed Wendy's refrigerated burgers.

Good Wendy's. They can get quite busy but the staff keeps everything moving along at a good pace. A nice place for late night snacks!
I just don't understand why the chocolate frosty in this Wendys Bergenfield is always watery, why not frozen. Is it an old machine that no longer freezes or is it that they don't know how to make it? You guys should learn a thing or two from the Wendys in Fort Lee, NJ, they make the most amazing frosty, it is absolutely firm that you can eat it with a spoon. The Bergenfield one is melted to be taken with a straw. Please teach those workers how to make firm frosty, not watery, and I even haven't been long in line. If you need a new frosty maker machine buy one or keep losing customers. Even if I'm the first in line the frosty is melted, I hate it. I will never buy from this place again.
Generally we have good experience here. One time they messed up my order but that is maybe 1 time in 20-30 times I've gone.
