I am making a live review rn I have been here for 40 mins and I still haven’t gotten food and there is no one else in the store waiting for food this is terrible service no one works here and I have been waiting forever I wish I could get a refund. Thank you have a nice week This is a post review of how my experience was the food was terrible I waited over 40 mins for food and the wings were terrible and I went to the bathroom and the sink didn’t work someone needs to shut this branch down

I put in take out order of 10 wings from this Wingstop for the first time. I was happy to see they allow 2 flavors for the order. I picked the plain and lemon peppers.
The store was empty when I arrived. They have a parking lot right next to the store. The store was very clean and tidy. Lots of tables to sit. Clear big menu with all the wings, sandwiches, tenders, sides listed on the menu. I was shocked to see they have more than 12 flavors, all nicely described in huge wall poster. I waited about 5 minutes to get my order.
The wings were decent size. They were moist inside. But the outer layer was dry crisp kind that I am not a fan of. But I loved the lemon peppers that had citrusy flavor with hint of salt. Overall it was a nice first time experience.
Parking: Parking lot is adjacent to the store on the left
Ordered First time and ended up with food poisoning. Worst place ever, No one who is handling the food has gloves .

I purchased a 40pc group pack it comes with a pitcher of lemonade that comes with NO cups. So are we all going to drink from the same bottle.We asked for cups and they said we had to purchase the 2 empty cups for over $7 dollars. I think this is NOT a good business practice. When I purchase a box of coffee they sell it to me with cups at any mom and pop Deli.

CHECK YOUR TAKEOUT ORDERS!!! They left out all sides, called to inquire and they would not re-deliver... claimed they would provide refund but still waiting?!? Mistakes happen, I get it... Terrible attitudes don't change though and for this reason I will avoid the Wingstop in Bergenfield NJ.

This is my first time ever having wingstop. It will also be the last. The wings are cold on the bones..hard and dry on the meat. You'll find better in the frozen section of Aldi next door.

Edit: we ordered on Uber eats and It took forever to come…which I expect since this place never finishes orders quickly. What I didn’t expect was the food quality to be low for wingstop standards. The fries were brown, filled with oil, covered in sugar, and floppy. They look like sweet potato fries. The Cajun corn had tiny pieces. For $5 I expect juicy corns. The chicken was all right, but not good enough to redeem the meal.
I came here for wings. As I was waiting for my order to be done (mind you I’m the only customer waiting), I got told I’m not allowed to sit in the waiting area. Not sure what the difference between sitting and standing does. I just thought it was rude. Plus everything in the lobby looks slightly unkept. Other than that. The wings are okay.
The food was great. But the cashier was even better. His name was David. He is a very helpful and outgoing person.

Ordered online and system says 30 mins and the food is ready. And went there after 40 mins and have to wait another hour just to get the food. Manager is rude saying this aint McDonald's or something. It's still fast food chain! What a crazy store
