The chicken was tasteless and chips were stale. Looked like they had chips stuck to fryer that they added on with new chips. Chicken was hard and tore my gums.
Was excited about trying this wingstop (as I am a lover of Wingstop) but I was disappointed in this one and was a waste of money.

I put in take out order of 10 wings from this Wingstop for the first time. I was happy to see they allow 2 flavors for the order. I picked the plain and lemon peppers.
The store was empty when I arrived. They have a parking lot right next to the store. The store was very clean and tidy. Lots of tables to sit. Clear big menu with all the wings, sandwiches, tenders, sides listed on the menu. I was shocked to see they have more than 12 flavors, all nicely described in huge wall poster. I waited about 5 minutes to get my order.
The wings were decent size. They were moist inside. But the outer layer was dry crisp kind that I am not a fan of. But I loved the lemon peppers that had citrusy flavor with hint of salt. Overall it was a nice first time experience.
Parking: Parking lot is adjacent to the store on the left
Ordered First time and ended up with food poisoning. Worst place ever, No one who is handling the food has gloves .

I purchased a 40pc group pack it comes with a pitcher of lemonade that comes with NO cups. So are we all going to drink from the same bottle.We asked for cups and they said we had to purchase the 2 empty cups for over $7 dollars. I think this is NOT a good business practice. When I purchase a box of coffee they sell it to me with cups at any mom and pop Deli.

CHECK YOUR TAKEOUT ORDERS!!! They left out all sides, called to inquire and they would not re-deliver... claimed they would provide refund but still waiting?!? Mistakes happen, I get it... Terrible attitudes don't change though and for this reason I will avoid the Wingstop in Bergenfield NJ.
