Ordered from here once and the bagel sandwich was not toasted. Went in person recently and was treated rudely/blatantly ignored by staff & owners who should know better. Stood there chatting to each other the entire time until I left. Bagel was mealy & overpriced at $13 for thick purpley lox.

Delicious and huge assortment of bagels, spreads and sandwiches. It’s the only place we go and family from out of state always requests that we bring them bagels from here!

First time here and it's officially the best bagel I've ever had. For a larger bagel to somehow be better and softer than Hot Bagel in Oakhurst is the pinnacle of bagel science. I'll drive 30 minutes for these bagels.

I did not want to post a good review for this place because it will drive more traffic there. BUT even on a crowded morning, the service is fast and efficient. The people are always so nice and they remember so many peoples names whenever I go in (before they ask for a name!) This is not just a neighborly bagel shop, it is a destination bagel shop. It is worth the experience and the 3 minute wait (not a typo)

By far, the best bagel shop in Union County.... PERIOD! 🥯 My family and I eat here at least 4 or 5 times a week. Food is fresh and delicious and the prices are reasonable. Plus the staff are amazing, Victor and Javier and the rest of the AMAZING staff ALWAYS go above and beyond and perfect ur order EVERY TIME!! 💯👏🏻👍🏻🔥🥰

got a french toast bagel toasted with cinnamon walnut raisin cream cheese, was excited by the look of the bagel but disappointed by the texture which was dense and bready rather than chewy. also only toasted to be warm, no crisp or golden brown color. priced fairly, $1.20/bagel, $1.75 for a specialty bagel, $7 for 8oz cream cheese. overall okay but not my preferred bagel shop

The food at Craft bagel is always good. The service could use a lot more work. The children working there are typically on their phones or chatting amongst themselves. More like a summer camp. Real shame given how good the bagels are.

Went there bc my local place in SP didn’t have any bagels made on a Sunday am at 0700. So I heard good things about Craft. They were right!! Short drive. (7min) but service was amazing! I’m helping some homeless people and asked for old bagels and they gave me 20 fresh ones! Blew my mind! Awesome humans! BTW bagels are incredible too! Very authentic and lots of love put into making them. Please go and support! I know I will !

This place is just so good. Delicious fresh bagels and hits the spot every time. Folks are super friendly. I am lucky that I live only a few minutes drive to this place.
