I’ve ordered from here a few times before and the service was lacking before. Bagels are good and are the best breakfast option compared to breakfast platters in my opinion.
I recently revisited to pick up my to go order. I ordered an egg white sandwich with onions, peppers and avocado but they added meat which I did not order. The sandwich itself was good despite this. However, one thing in particular that would keep me from coming back is the customer service. I understand things can get busy behind the counter but a smile, greeting or acknowledgement would be nice but instead one of the girls working behind the counter tallying up orders appeared like she did not want to be bothered and she looked especially unpleasant when handing me my food. This is the second time, she has presented this way.

Great place to get bagels and breakfast sandwiches. The staff are always very nice. The restaurant seems very clean. Unfortunately, there are no tables or chairs to sit and eat. It is very much grab and go, which is fine.

Apparently the spot to go in the area, continuous crowd, tons of bagel options (about 16 different kinds), sandwiches, some pastries, lots of counter help, quick service, lots of drink options.

Great Bagels. Service staff needs training/ supervision. Had to painfully walk the counter staff person thru my order of a Bakers Dozen Bagels plus 2.

Used to be really good. They left out cheese in the cheese omelette and egg is thin and dry... idk if you can all it an omelette

Craft Bagel is a gem in our quaint town! They have a huge variety of bagels from chocolate chip bagels to whole wheat everything! The staff is wonderful and despite long lines during rush hours they have quick service and happily accommodate any or all substitutions. They also give back a lot to the community. Especially after the annual 5K, thank you Craft for feeding our town for all these years!

Ordered from here once and the bagel sandwich was not toasted. Went in person recently and was treated rudely/blatantly ignored by staff & owners who should know better. Stood there chatting to each other the entire time until I left. Bagel was mealy & overpriced at $13 for thick purpley lox.

Delicious and huge assortment of bagels, spreads and sandwiches. It’s the only place we go and family from out of state always requests that we bring them bagels from here!

First time here and it's officially the best bagel I've ever had. For a larger bagel to somehow be better and softer than Hot Bagel in Oakhurst is the pinnacle of bagel science. I'll drive 30 minutes for these bagels.
