Definitely the best breakfast sandwich! The bagels are a good size and very tender. The eggs, cheese and Taylor ham are plentiful and cooked well. The service is fast and the staff friendly. Definitely recommend!

I hadn't heard of this spot before - Chester Bagels is my staple - but what a pleasant surprise!

The bagels are great and the donuts...(who would think they would have those??)... are too!

I had an errand in Springfield and driving back west searched for a bagel shop and found this - what a great find. I will definitely be back!

We made an intentional stop here from Manhattan because Craft Bagels was our favorite stand at the NYC Bagel Fest 2026! However, the bagels in the store were not good… The bagels looked plump and great but turned out to be extremely dry! We enjoyed the apple french toast special but it also seemed like it was sitting out for too long when we stopped by around 12.
No place to sit. No bathroom inside.

I’ve ordered from here a few times before and the service was lacking before. Bagels are good and are the best breakfast option compared to breakfast platters in my opinion.
I recently revisited to pick up my to go order. I ordered an egg white sandwich with onions, peppers and avocado but they added meat which I did not order. The sandwich itself was good despite this. However, one thing in particular that would keep me from coming back is the customer service. I understand things can get busy behind the counter but a smile, greeting or acknowledgement would be nice but instead one of the girls working behind the counter tallying up orders appeared like she did not want to be bothered and she looked especially unpleasant when handing me my food. This is the second time, she has presented this way.

Great place to get bagels and breakfast sandwiches. The staff are always very nice. The restaurant seems very clean. Unfortunately, there are no tables or chairs to sit and eat. It is very much grab and go, which is fine.

Great Bagels. Service staff needs training/ supervision. Had to painfully walk the counter staff person thru my order of a Bakers Dozen Bagels plus 2.
