One of my favorite bagel places in the area. Pork roll egg and cheese is the way to go! The cheddar jalapeno bagel looks and tastes different here than at most places.

The best bagel in the area for sure. My in-laws owned a bagel store in NYC and they love the bagels here. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Parking can be a pain on Springfield but it is worth the hassle for a great bagel.

We love Craft Bagel! That said, every third or so time we order, there are errors. For example, today I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a roll. It was made on a bagel. We asked for pepper and ketchup on two of our sandwiches. Neither sandwich had pepper nor ketchup. The mistakes happen often enough that I am leaving this comment in the hopes that they will pay better attention to order details going forward.

went for the first time today with my boyfriend. i ordered a hashbrown, bacon & cheese on an everything bagel, i saw the attendant write my exact order down perfectly which she certainly has no fault for and was very sweet. After waiting a few minutes, we get back to the car to start eating and my bagel is completely missing the hashbrown. I should also add that prior to getting our bagels, another attendant had recited my order word for word. the bagel being mediocre and on top of that missing the best part of the entire sandwich due to lack of interest or care of the cooks makes me not want to go back.
