Domino's Pizza

People are friendly and it's clean but the pizza is sub par. Very cheap with the toppings even when you order extra. Pizza is never cooked through even when you order it well done.

Great team here. I've been a long time frequent customer of this store for the last ten years. Food is exactly as expected almost every single time. Drivers and insiders are all friendly and efficient. I'm a picky customer that you've kept happy for a decade. Thanks to my friendly neighborhood dominos! My only complaint is that I miss the bread bowls, my favorite item from when I lived near a different dominos that still has them.

Walk in order. The place was clean and staff and workers all smiled and said hello(ex except for one feverishly busy pizza maker lol). They discussed add specials and I picked buy one get one free for Berkeley Heights restaurant month. I do have the app but I like to see my food made fresh.

Placed an order for pizza online that was due to be delivered in 30-45 minutes. Two hours later I’m still waiting and the pizza that hasn’t left the store yet. They close in 5 minutes. Wondering how this will actually play out. I wish I could adjust my prepaid tip. Never again!!!

Be careful picking up your order. I never have had an issue with Domino's before today. I picked up my order and had chosen the option to pay at the store. I paid cash. Over an hour after I got home I received a phone call from the store saying I didn't pay and I needed to give my credit card info over the phone. I refused because I paid cash. The man who called me kept saying the same thing over and over which made zero sense because I DIDN'T OWE ANYTHING! It was as if he literally had no idea what I was saying. It was back and forth both of us saying the same thing and getting nowhere. Finally once I was obviously irritated, I demanded he either count the cash drawer to see in fact it would be over about $20, or watch the video footage of me paying cash.... he finally said, "nevermind" and was going to hang up. I said, "no no hold on..so did you see me handing you cash?" He said, "yes, nevermind." And that was it. No apology after wasting 10 min of my time, calling me 2x and also sending me pictures of the register screen that showed no proof of payment... not sure what the point of that was, because obviously it was his error, not mine. Hopefully this review helps someone avoid going through the same thing. Maybe consider not paying cash at the store, because it seems they don't know how to process a cash payment correctly.
