Consistently not open at posted time. I’m staying at the Embassy Suites Berkeley Heights and the attached Starbucks says it opens at 6:00 AM. For four mornings in a row, it hasn’t been ready at 6:00—either I’ve had to wait around or been told they’re “NOT” open and to come back in 15 minutes. What? In a hotel—where guests have early flights, meetings, and tight schedules—reliability is a basic service standard. Posted hours are a promise, not a suggestion.
If you advertise 6:00 AM, be ready at 6:00 AM: register on, bar set, espresso dialed in, pastries out, and staff prepared to serve. This repeated delay is an extremely poor reflection on both Starbucks and the store’s management. Please fix staffing and opening procedures (prep before doors open, unlock on the dot, and serve immediately). Guests are counting on you to start their day—this week, you didn’t.

If I can give a 0 star, I will. The waitress rushed us 3 times when it was still 30 minutes before the closing time. The coffee was un-drinkable, I ended up throwing away the whole thing. Very rude and terrible service. All noises are made by the waitress herself, moving chairs loudly, making funny noises.

The barista is terrible thing what ever I met . I said hello , she didn’t answer me , I’m good with that , when I asked question , she just ignored me . Maybe she had bad day bad don’t forget about to be a human !

Starbucks is too overpriced to be as inconsistent as they are in terms of following their recipes, Their entire team needs to be retrained on the recipes and customer service

My fav and go to Starbs. Has the best baristas and cozy atmosphere. It’s connected to the Embassy Suites Hotel and has lots of seating and room to work and relax + outside seating. I always have the most complicated drink orders and order ahead with my personal cup but the baristas always make it perfectly. They also make the best salted caramel cold foam. Everyone is very kind, welcoming and understanding.

The nastiest workers i've encountered EVER. I asked them a simple question, "If those were my drinks?" and the worker snapped back at me. Unfortunately won't be going back to this location anymore.

Every time I come to the embassy suites this Starbucks location never seems to disappoint. Cozy sitting area right when you walk in, which is good for reading/office work. I like how everything is neat and organized. The customer service is quick & exquisite every time. Visit Nicole she's the best!
