The drivethru will lie and say they’re not open. Also there’s no such thing as curbside at this store so if you wait outside for 15 minutes, you’ll have to learn to go to the closed drivethru and wait for someone to help you.

this is one of the most FOUL things i’ve ever seen, smelled & tasted. the wing sauce looks & smells expired? who knows. i’ve gotten food from here before, never looked like this.
i don’t think i’ve EVER left a negative review on a restaurant, but i had to share this. mistakes happen but really? $14???

Ordered food for curbside pick up but had to go inside to get it since waiting 10 minutes outside for someone to bring out the order. Waited an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes inside after pick up time to get the food.
Ordered 3 things and NOTHING was made correctly or warm to say the least.
Watched people walk in after me and never even be greeted by anyone to the point they walked out.
Feel bad for the gentleman that was there before me and still waiting after I left for his food.
Shameful that this place has a 4 star review on here.
GO TO ANOTHER BUBBAKOOS IF YOU CAN!!!!!!

My food was made incorrectly i brought food back to store and a month later I’m still waiting for the manager to return my call and refund me

Food was a bit cold. Went to drive-thru , said my name and was told to pull up. We sat there for about 10 min. Was almost given wrong order. Whole time, food was ready! The tacos were cold, rest was ok. May try again, but if same experience, we're done.

4 oz bag of chip for 32 ounces of queso.
Portions have gone WAY DOWN on taco salads too. Doesnt even fill the bowl. Shrinkflation… goto surf taco. Trust me. Way better service. They are losing customers here. Ohh well.

We typically really enjoy the food at bubbakoos, however it tends to be a hit or miss if the staff remembers to give us everything we paid for. This last to-go/pickup order the server barely put any barbacoa or rice in my husband's taco salad bowl and we didn't know until we got home. My bowl was correct and tasted good as usual. We recommend going inside to place your order to make sure everything is correct.

I really love the food but will never use the delivery option ever again because 3rd party really suck at their job. You pay and get screwed every time.

Vegetarian options: If you want vegetarian, simple order with no meat.
