Don't waste your time going here right now they are rationing meat no point in ordering double meat I know inflation is high but man basically giving people a bowl of rice with a thin layer of meat on top and charging $15 this place used to be so much better just another place who's going cheap because of this wonderful administration running things

this is one of the most FOUL things i’ve ever seen, smelled & tasted. the wing sauce looks & smells expired? lmao who knows. i’ve gotten food from here before, never looked like this.i don’t think i’ve EVER left a negative review on a restaurant (or a review in general), but i had to share this. thank you bayville bubbakoos! <3

i came in to get multiple burritos and the blonde girl emily was so nice and helpful. the first time my whole order was right and good!!!

Got the chiwawa, the worst I've ever had. The rice ball was ridiculously underdone, to the point where I had to spit it out because it was so hard. It was very cold as well.

First visit, won't be the last. Had a Nashville hot chicken burrito and it was incredible! The girls behind the counter were super friendly too!

I'm currently very sick after eating there, I should've stopped her the second I saw her struggle to scoop a thick paste of nacho cheese that was not at food safety standard temp, and as this this paste of cheese landed on the rice, it didn't flow, of course not it wasn't hot and melted, Lord only knows how long the cheese had sat at a mild temperature, was certainly spoiled. I was foolish enough to eat some, was served lukewarm food. I work food service, i should've know better than to have a single bite. Very ill, both ends. I used to love this store, for a weekend they can't manage to move food fast enough to keep it hot? It's a shame but never again.
I happened to come in on a super busy evening and despite them working super hard, the workers were so pleasant to me. They even waved me back in to make sure I got my chips! Thank you for working so hard and still being so nice.

I've only ordered online from this bubbakoos once and ill never forget how much better i was taken care of compared to other locations. I was greeted by the sweetest girl Emily, and she helped me out, and put everything i needed like napkins and a fork in the bag. I once went to a separate bubbakoos, not as busy, where i ordered online for a certain time, and when i walked in for my order they looked confused, grabbed the paper behind them, and finally made the order. :( The Bayville bubbakoos on the other hand is really on top of everything, and i can only assume thats due to how well it is managed. Will be coming back ASAP!!
Emily is the worker who helped me. She’s a very friendly person!! was patient with my decision-making. Talked me through different options and avoided my food allergies.

Richard went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied…. We ordered delivery from them and the DoorDash driver must have ate our food because we were watching him never even came close to our house and then cancelled our order I called back and Richard took care of
