We took our kids for ice cream after ordering and the girl repeating back the whole order she gave ice cream one by one she said have a nice night I pointed out she missed one with a big smile she laughs and says ohh I didn't hear that one .. I said you most certainly did and she stood there smiling and said I didn't ring it up have a nice night. I will never go back again you lost a customer!!!

Dairy Queen always has plenty of employees working. We enjoy the Dipped Cones, especially Cherry Dipped, available year-round. Make sure to try the Churro Dipped when available. The regular hard ice cream flavors in cone are classic items we enjoy, especially chocolate chip mint ice cream dipped in chocolate sprinkles or chocolate crunch. You cannot beat the price either, compared to other places. There is also seating on the side with amble space. We love our local DQ.

There menu boards do not specify for all items every ingredient in the sundae or blizzard. For ex: oreo and brownie cupfection contains marshmallow sauce but you wouldn't know unless you specifically

Stopped here to pick up an order for about 7 different picky people - so lots of substitutions and weird orders - and Danielle memorized EVERYTHING on the first go. I'm still shaken. She didn't mess or miss a single thing. She got everything together so quickly in a couple togo bags and answered a bunch of questions we had about those cute little turkey cupcakes for Thanksgiving. Danielle, you're the Dairy Queen. ?
So I go in for a blizzard and have accumulated points so I get money off and guess what? I can't use them because this store has no scanner. Really!?! Well all I could conclude is the owner is cheap and doesn't want to participate and do the customers right...I called corporate and found out it's up to the owner to install a scanner. Welcome to 2023! Not going there again.

Today’s service has been great! The lady at the register was super nice, speedy with service, and even gave me a cup of water since I was biking! The Chesscake Blizzard is really tasty, and I can confirm they do flip it when serving, I never knew that was a real thing until now!! :3
Great location. Loved the location, felt like the DQ I went to growing up. Very friendly worker. Kept it old school with chocolate and vanilla swirl with sprinkles! Yum ?

Refused to sell me a medium plain blizzard with twist ice cream, not mixed.Every Dairy Queen in the state does this for us but the very ignorant girl at the window did not want to hear it.I dont get it, its a regular Blizzard just not mixed for the same price of a Blizzard with no toppings.Thats ok I took my $30.00 order to DQ in Point.We will never be back.
