Today I went threw the drive threw because I had recieved a giftcard for dunkin for christmas. I grew up on dunkin donuts Hot Chai Tea's so when I saw an Iceed Chai I ordered it. And that was a mistake, it was 98% Milk & Ice & 2% Chai flavoring, a Chai Flavored Milk if you will.. it was so overly milky that I literally felt like I was drinking a glass of milk with ice.. DO NOT ORDER THIS ICEED CHAI unless you would enjoy drinking a medium iceed milk, definitely wasnt worth the almost $6 it was...
But the person at the drive thru was very warm and friendly.

My wife stops at this Dunkin’ every single morning before work, and they never disappoint. Today the drive-thru line was longer than usual, so she went inside for a mobile pickup. Alvin went above and beyond — he fast-tracked her order and had everything ready in no time. Great customer service, friendly staff, and consistent quality every day. How come is it that every time you go to this Dunkin’ Donuts between eight and closing you cannot get a fresh cup of coffee they hand you the coffee and it’s ice cold. They need to retrain these kids on what to do. I don’t have a microwave in my car to heat the coffee up And I shouldn’t have to heat it up and then you asked him to make a fresh pot. They roll your eyes at you and they make the fresh pot and they put the cup underneath it. No, that’s not how you do it and I even say I’ll wait for them to brew it.

I don’t know the workers name but the lightskin girl with glasses is so rude. If she is going to look like that or have an attitude, she should be kept in the back. Not at the register. She doesn’t even greet you. Not professional at all & this has been going on for months.

It seems every time we go there and order drinks they are wrong but we never know that until we get home. We order a latte they give us a coffee. It also tastes like the coffee is burnt. Ever since they got a new manager who isn't very friendly the latte or coffees are never right. I will make sure to check them going forward.
Girl with blonde puffy curly hair, is very rude and threw my friends bagel at her while giving her the wrong bagel. every time i go to this dunkin i ask for a strawberry dragonfruit with lemonade and they give me green tea every time. They never do it right.

NEVER coming back. everytime i come here its always something. if i order a coffee they some how mess it up always. if i order a donut they some how always get the wrong donut. i just went and sat in a drive thru line for 20 minutes because of how slow they work, just to get to the window and tell me they only take cash. they couldn’t of told me when i was ordering!?! take the trip up to the pine beach dunkin. very friendly staff, always on point, and they never mess anything up. if you see a long line there you’ll be out within 5 minutes over there.
