I'm shocked this place is still open. After the sheer audacity to charge the first responders $40 for packs of water while they were fighting the fire in the Richard's Sub World. I'm absolutely baffled.

Our current "post covid" go to restaurant esp since Carlos (and family) took over. Unfortunately, we have not been able to eat in since we are seniors with a couple of medical issues. Even so we are quite impressed with service & food entrées thus far. Salads are good and plenty of (olive oil) bread that is "fresh" unlike a couple of others in the area. We shall try eating in as soon as the flu/Covid/RSV, etc issues lead into a safer season. Recommend the Seafood a la Brother, Calamari and the Chicken Cacciatore.

Ordered catered food trays for our Super Bowl party (penne vodka, chicken parm, sausage & peppers, caesar salad, and cavatelli & broccoli) and couldn’t have been more pleased about our experience! Not only was all the food delicious but they even went above and beyond by giving us an entire tray of giant garlic knots and a bunch of huge sub rolls to use for the sausage and peppers. We were so pleasantly surprised. Pick up was easy and our food was ready exactly when it was supposed to be. Will definitely be ordering here for all our future parties! Thanks Frankie’s!

Absolutely awful. Bland, flavorless. Ordered a fat chicken sandwich, California Cheesesteak and disco fries. The sandwiches were messy. The bread was toasted harder than a rock which made it very hard to eat. Disco fries were disgusting. They use steak fries which is a big mistake off the bat. The gravy was pretty much water and inedible with absolute 0 taste. Stay away from here with all the options you have in the area. ??

We ordered a 1/2 cheesesteak and 1/2 potato pepper and egg sub and an order of French fries- over $31 dollars to be thrown out. The fries looked and tasted old and greased thru. Everything takes like grease. My daughter tried two bites of her plain cheesesteak and it was uneditable- I took two bites of my sandwich and same thing. Couldn’t even eat the fries. I actually called to complain about it which I normally don’t do but it is literally throwing $31 in the garbage- I was told thank you for letting them know and do I want to order it again. No thanks! I would have brought them the food back so they could see just the bites out of it - to get a refund. Won’t order again.

Delivered my food to the wrong address. it was nice that the other home owner (2 miles away) called me and let me pick it up from their house. but seriously? I paid a delivery charge and tip to have to hunt down my food. Even worse, the food is marginal at best. will not be ordering here again!

Ordered food from Frankie’s because it was the only place around me that had stuffed mushrooms. (Other restaurants only had fried mushrooms) stuffed mushrooms were good but I am extremely disappointed in the chicken noodle soup I purchased. I spent $12 on what looks like a canned soup. I called to ask about it and they said they make their soup homemade every day but this looks far from homemade. Ordered through DoorDash since they don’t deliver to us (10 min away) so they said they could only replace soup.
