The sub we ordered was terrible. Asked for oil and vinegar, couldn't taste any. Sandwich was so dry. Also asked for salt, pepper, oregano and the Sandwich had none and it was tasteless. Really good subs, meats are cut paper thin. All ingredients are top quality. Ordered a half a sub , and it was a generous portion for the price. And just want to note that the lettuce, tomato ,and onion were crisp to taste. Excellent sub.

Absolutely the worst, they use the cheapest grade of meat, and the worst type of bread for me in my opinion. Their hotdogs are horrible, I waited 30 minutes for them to be made, and they came out cold just not a fan, stay away.

I’ve been going to this place when not originally started out as a Blimpies. Then it became Richards Sub world several years after. This is the best place for a Sub, very friendly staff, great thick subs! They don’t skimp on lunch meat. This establishment is a ICON of Bayville. The best sandwiches in Ocean County!

First off great subs but I’ll never ever go back. The customer service SUCKS. My husband ordered 6 whole subs to pick up, I was in the car when he placed the order. I went to pick it up and they greeted me and asked how they can help me. I said I have an order to pick up and gave my name. When I looked in the bag there was 2 whole subs and a half of a sub, I said my husband ordered 6 whole subs. The girl at the counter says ( with an attitude) “ no he didn’t”, I replied, “yes he did “. She said what’s in the bag ? I said two whole subs and a half. I said what subs are in the bag, And she said two whole Italian subs and a half a club with bacon I replied, he did not order a sub with bacon and she said ( with an attitude) “yes he did”. I said to her I would like four more whole subs please And she said, ( with an attitude ) “ I guess the half of a sub is a waste now”.She proceeded to make the four other subs I asked her to make. When she got to the register, I feel her attitude is much better. It’s not my problem that whoever took the order over the phone didn’t write it down properly. Not only was her sale more with 6 subs I think she realized she gave me an attitude. I will never go back to that store again.Also, there is nobody else in the sub shop but me so it wasn’t like I was holding up a line!
