The staff should reflect on their attitude. It is completely unacceptable to make a paying customer feel so upset that they cry. This was a terrible example of customer service. I’m sure you would not want your sister or mother to be yelled at in a restaurant.

Worst restaurant experience in my life. I’ve been to so many restaurants, especially Italian as it is my favorite cuisine. Servers are incredibly rude, with such an attitude, barely even talking. When I went to talk to a manager about an issue I got yelled at. They were not busy at the time but I had to wait so long for the bill and then so long to pay. Couldn’t wait any more so went directly to register to pay and had to wait again while server were talking with a friend and going to make TikTok’s. I felt like I came to their house uninvited and bothered them. I came out of restaurant in tears. I had a dinner there in the middle of January, while “happy new year” decorations still hanging, with a lot of dust on them. Never recommend this place to anyone. If you want to ruin your dinner go ahead. If I could put zero stars I would.

if you are a restaurant or a pizzeria I don't know who you are?! change the sign if you have takeout. and no matter how many establishments people go to with such a rude attitude and people I have not seen and do not recommend anyone to see. pizzas in many other establishments are definitely tastier, and even more so even if you serve pizza to children about the exchange that we did not order anything they warn!!! and for a tip then you should know that you cleaned the tone they had to call the services to check the establishment! and it is low for people to watch who eats what! even animals do not do this!

I visited “Senza Restaurant” with my kids, and I was extremely disappointed. At the entrance, there’s a sign that says “Pizza Restaurant,” but this couldn’t be further from the truth.
We wanted to order pizza, but we were told that adult pizzas are only available for lunch, not dinner. This was surprising since there were two adult pizzas visible in the display case. We had no choice but to order a kids’ pizza for $10, which was far from what we expected.
The staff was unpleasant—they greeted us as if we were unwelcome. The restaurant still had New Year’s decorations (on January 19th!), and they were covered in dust, leaving a negative impression. On top of that, the glasses were dirty, and one of them was even cracked!
The worst part came when we received the bill. It wasn’t $40 as we had expected—it was $88. The reason? We were told that we ordered a kids’ pizza but adults ate it, and “this is a restaurant, not a pizzeria” (even though the sign says “Pizza Restaurant”). The staff was rude and didn’t even try to explain or fix the situation.
This was an entirely unpleasant experience, and I absolutely do not recommend this place.

My fiance and I have ordered out a few times but we ate in the dining room last night. My fiance had the calamari which he said were ok. His entree was the stuffed veal chop which he said was delicious!! I had the Braciole Graziella(?) Which was amazing !! The sauce was very good, the pasta was cooked perfectly.and the meat was tender. Whoever the chef was last night BRAVO! We will be back soon!! Also, our waitress Raven was very nice. Hope we get her again as our waitress next time we come in for dinner.

Went there last night 11/13/24 2 kids were dressed in hoodies which i feel is innapproriate and sloppy the guy pretty much dropped the bread basket on the table and said "here's your bread". Food came was Ok nothing great! The servers never came to check on us and we saw them vaping and on their phones!!! Sorry we will not be returning!!

Senza is a great restaurant! We went 1 night and they had the perfect seafood meal that I was craving. The food was delicious, and the service perfect, bringing us EVERYTHING we wanted to have a great meal. Also the atmosphere/decor was perfect. I’d recommend them to Everyone!!!

Finally tried this place last night with my husband, and I wish we hadn't. The service was awful- I wish I could give zero stars . The food was bland and just OK. All of the staff that was working looked miserable. Based on the responses from the owner to other negative reviews, this place doesn't like accountability and is a reflection on the type of service to expect. Save your money and go elsewhere. We will never be back.

We had heard such great things about this restaurant and were disappointed that it was so mediocre. We wanted to celebrate after our baby shower and chose Senza as we had "saved it for a special occasion" and were completely underwhelmed. The food was mostly decent with the exception of the bolognese... The appetizers on the specials menu were excellent. The service, however, was subpar. The "Sunday Sauce" notes that it is served with long fusilli, the way I had it EVERY Sunday growing up, and very rare. When it came out with malfalde instead of fusilli, I questioned it and was told that I was wrong and it was "homemade" fusilli. I don't appreciate being gaslit by a waitress that clearly doesn't know what she's talking about..at least take my question seriously and ask the kitchen or the owner. Other than that the bolognese was pretty terrible but the burrata and zucchini flowers were fantastic. Overall, would not go back or recommend.
