My family had dinner at Albertinos today for my mom and husbands birthday. Because there was 9 of us they require a fix price meal for each person. This price includes an app, main, and dessert - anything on the menu. The service here is outstanding. The food is better than anywhere else in town, and for me- the best Italian I have ever had. Dinner for 9 of us took about three hours. To me, this is amazing. There was no rush. They made sure everything was perfect. We were able to relax and enjoy our time. We have been there two other times and have had the same waitress. The daughter of the owner (Jsut another plus). She is bubbly and kind and makes sure everyone has a great time. Thank you for a great evening.

Authentic Italian cuisine with the friendliest family waitstaff. I absolutely love coming to this restaurant, and will continue to do so. I have a great experience every single time & the food is consistently delicious.

I debated making a review, it’s been a few weeks but after thinking about it I feel strongly the business and customers need the feedback. We had 730pm reservations for 4, and weren’t seated until 843pm - yes I paid attention. If I wasn’t SO committed to trying the cheese wheel pasta for my birthday dinner we would’ve given up. And in fact 1 in our party had to leave after appetizers because it was almost 10pm at that point and they had to relieve the babysitter. Our server who was the daughter she told us, was overall pretty curt and abrupt with us and didn’t say anything about the wait at all. The table was very tightly squeezed between others and the walkway. The hostess was sweet and repeatedly checked in and apologized. The cheese wheel server was very nice and chatted with each table as she served them. BUT It took ages between courses and we weren’t even offered dessert because it was after closing at that point. The cheese wheel pasta itself was absolutely phenomenal, everything else (a bolognese and a mushroom pasta) we had was pretty standard and nothing extraordinary. I don’t think I’d go back unless I could make the 1st reservation of the day. As someone who has and does work in the service industry the significant delay was clearly a bit of everyone’s fault. The server was slow, the hostess didn’t tell tables when they were nearing the end of their reservation time to encourage them to leave so new reservations could be maintained, the kitchen seemed slow in how quickly food was coming out. They recently opened a quick service type location and in the event we have a craving for the cheese wheel pasta we will go there to avoid the overall bad table service.

Victoria was very gracious and service was excellent! The cacio e Pepe was outstanding and the fried artichoke took me back to the Jewish ghetto when we visited in Roma 2019!

My wife and I had great experience. All of the staff was attentive and friendly. The server was knowledgeable and helpful. We had one of the specials that was tomato olive oil, red onions, and I think oregano salad that was great and good starter. We ordered the bread basket and that complimented the salad. Our entrees was filling and amazing. We had Linguine ai Frutti di Mare and Cacio e Pepe con Tartufo. I would get both entrees again. The dessert was strawberry shortcake which tasted exactly like a homemade strawberry shortcake.
I would recommend this restaurant and plan on going there again. It is BYOB and a good red wine would go perfect with the food there.
Also, the place is clean and the theme of the restaurant makes it feel like you're in an authentic Italian restaurant.

Our favorite spot in Collingswood! The food, the atmosphere, it doesn’t get any better. We were lucky enough to have the table side cacio e Pepe on a Friday night. It was exceptional! My husband absolutely loves the pork chop- gets it every time we come..it is mouthwatering! And per my husband, “the best pork chop he’s ever had!” I got the rigatoni dish which was so delicious and flavorful. The best part- dessert…the icebox cake! Call to reserve it, you will not be sorry! We absolutely love Albertino’s…it’s like stepping into your grandmothers home with warm welcomes and delicious food no one can seem to replicate!
