We had the most amazing meal on Mother’s Day at Albertino’s Italian! From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The food was not only delicious but beautifully presented as each dish was crafted with care and bursting with authentic Italian flavor. The desserts were equally impressive, a perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making us feel right at home. What truly set the experience apart, though, was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive and efficient without ever making us feel rushed. Their genuine hospitality added so much to the evening. Albertino’s is a true gem. We’ll absolutely be back! Paul

We had the wonderful opportunity to enjoy one of the best meals we have ever had. The evening started with the friendly family greeting that made you feel like you are a regular. This family run owned and operated restaurant is amazing.
We started with an amazing Caesar salad that was filled with flavor. We had seen the truffle Al denti’’ pasta that is finished in a cheese wheel for an incredible flavor experience.
My main course was an Ahi tuna dish that was lighted cooked to perfection and had an amazing caper garnish.
We enjoyed the meal so much we back again tonight.
If you like really good Italian food cooked and prepared to perfection you will be thrilled with Alberino’s. The authentic ambience makes you feel like you are dining in Italy.
Great Job!
Don’t be deceived by the pictures of an empty restaurant we got their before they opened today to be first!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Even with a reservation (which is suggested by foodies all over) I still didn’t receive good service. When I’m visiting somewhere new I don’t expect to be treated like I’m stupid and that’s exactly how I felt here. Not to mention the food isn’t nearly as good as some reviews made it to be. I was born n raised in south Philly in the heart of Italian food n culture and while this place meets some of the criteria for that it doesn’t for others. True Italians are welcoming and understanding, they want u to have a great time n that’s not the vibe here. I never leave negative reviews, but I had to Albertinos isn’t the spot for me

Albertino’s is a true gem! From the moment you walk in, you feel the warm, welcoming atmosphere, thanks to the outstanding management. They really go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a memorable dining experience. One of the highlights of the menu is their artichoke special – it's simply a must-try! The flavors are so rich and unique, and you can tell the dishes are prepared with care. What truly sets Albertino’s apart is their attention to detail, especially when it comes to accommodating food allergies. They take the time to make sure everyone’s dietary needs are met without sacrificing the taste or quality of the food. The South Philly flare adds a whole extra layer of charm, giving the restaurant an authentic, vibrant energy that makes every visit special. Highly recommend for both the food and the service! Ps the Peaches for dessert but hard to choose !

Collingswood has some great restaurant choices. To celebrate school starting back up again, my family chose Albertino's Italian specifically for their Cacio e Pepe (cheese wheel) and freshly made pasta.

The Cacio e Pepe is available only on Wednesday and Thursday nights. Reservations are strongly recommended, so we made an early one as it was a school night. We were the first ones there, but it quickly filled up to capacity. Definitely make a reservation.

The staff greeted us with such hospitality that you may have thought we were invited there. Since it was our first visit, we learned the origins of the family owned and run restaurant, and how everything (everything) is made fresh daily.

First, be prepared with a phone as the menu is scanned through a QR code. I’m not sure if physical menus are available as I did not inquire. My kids love cheese and my husband and I love seafood, so between the four of us, we only tried two types of entrees (Cacio e Pepe/cheese wheel and Linguine ai Frutti di Mare). Both are worth further discussion.

The Cacio e Pepe/cheese wheel is served table side. Albertino’s use only the best cheese and prepare it with hot, freshly made pasta. Both kids loved it! I snuck a taste and most definitely concur.

The Linguine ai Frutti di Mare includes “shrimp, lump crab, calamari, cherry tomatoes” in a white wine olive oil over freshly made pasta. The entire combination was amazing, but the calamari was worth noting to be the most tender I have ever had.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t fit dessert. I still regret not at least ordering the cannoli to take home.

The atmosphere? Italian rustic charm with comfortable seating. Perfect!

If you are in Collingswood, I highly suggest adding this restaurant of “must” tries. It’s truly a unique and priceless experience. #trustkj

The food was great! The hostess didn't say one word to us other than hi and put me in a not welcomed mood after that. As someone who has a hard time seeing, I found it very inconvenient not to have a paper menu. It was our first time, we will try again and if my experience is different, I will update the review.

Incredible restaurant. This is a gem, and I hope they stay in Collingswood for a long time. Family owned and operated, and everything is made in house. This is a MUST for date nights, I can’t wait to return (hopefully VERY soon!)

This restaurant is so overrated. They can't even give you a menu you have to pull it up on your phone. It's very limited and my food was cold. I have eaten in so many italian restaurants and this one is not good..very disappointing

My daughter and I dined at Albertino's last night and it was PHENOMENAL! I had the Italian Wedding soup that was just made that morning by the owner's wife/hostess and if I closed my eyes I would swear it was my Grandmom's. We both got the tableside Cacio Pepe for our dinner and we were in heaven! I added the truffle to mine and it was the perfect topping. My daughter had the chocolate cake with vanilla gelato and, again, amazing! The atmosphere was lovely as well, beautifully decorated and I loved that it is all family run. We will be back for sure!!

Ordered the artichoke (awesome!), cacio e pepe (outstanding), pork chop (top 2 ever), and ice box cake (perfect small sweet treat to share). this was the best local italian we have had outside of Philly. Love a family owned and run spot with awesome service. (And BYOB!)
