My husband heard about this Italian restaurant in Collingswood so he took me to Albertino's a few weeks ago for my birthday. It took us an hour to get there from where we live. The food and desserts were very good, as well as the service. The only issue for us was having to use a QR code to see the menu. It's was definitely a turn-off for us, particularly because once we decided what we wanted, the hostess came to our table to announce the multiple specials for us...
This family-owned restaurant takes its business seriously—and it shows. From the moment we walked in, the warm, welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a memorable meal. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish prepared with care and flavor that speaks to tradition and pride. Service was A+, attentive without being overbearing, and genuinely friendly.

A family owned and operated restaurant in my eyes is almost always better than a chain when it comes to service and hospitality.
