Great service. Amazing pizza

Food gets a 5, server gets 1, only because I can not leave a zero! Eileen was surly and nasty!

Delivery has been horrible. The Slice drivers have delivered to the wrong house multiple times. Waiting hours for no food. In-house staff is very cordial and respectful and we have received refunds but Slice is terrible. Just go pick it up or eat in.

Let me start off by saying I will never go back to this place again. I ordered 2 salads and wings. Pretty simple order. They forgot the wings which I get it mistakes happen. I called and they did not apology did not offer a discount all they said was our drivers are busy. You have to come pick it up. By far the worst service I have ever had. To make matters worse once they finally agreed to bring it to me the lady shoved the food into my hand and stormed off. To the girls that answered the phone you should find a new profession because customer service is not for you

Long hot day and decided to place a take out order, one more try. Ordered 2 medium-well Cheeseburgers. Got home and one was a little dark, mine was hard and burnt on bottom. Ordered well done fries, were not hot and not cooked so had to pull out a pot and oil to cook what I asked to be well done. Wife called and got no where. Called again and was told Manager would be there on Wednesday, BUT this order was placed and picked up on a Saturday. One girl said bring it back for a replacement but that would take 30 minutes of our time. So took what should have been and nicely, medium well Cheeseburger and CUT OFF half of it while I had to cook my fries that we asked to be well done but were not cooked or even really hot when we picked them up and tried before we left their parking lot. Not the first time for such but the last. My suggestion, if you do order takeout, check it when you receive it to make sure it's done right... For me, you got two strikes but now you are out!

Make one of the best pizzas Grandma it's so delicious if haven't tasted it's a must try.

Chicken cheesesteak is the size of a shorti from Wawa. Not what I was expecting. Food isn’t bad, but look elsewhere if you want a little more filling cheesesteak.

Love this place! Their pizza is amazing! Our go to whenever we want to order pizza!

..Who treats their family like this? The wife and I decided to stay in and order some Grubhub delivery vs actually going out to an actual nice Italian restaurant. Ordered the stuffed longhots appetizer, linguini pescatore for me and penne alla vodka for her. Restaurant called us immediately after the order was put in to let us know that they didn’t have long hots. Why wouldn’t you 86 it (remove it) from the online menu if you’re out of an item before someone orders it? They asked if we wanted to replace it with something else. We asked to replace it with the clams casino. We were told it would be an additional $3. So instead of the restaurant eating the $3 for the inconvenience and for the sake of customer service, they would rather lose the sale of an appetizer and that they did. Of course, the restaurant can’t issue a refund so now I get to wait for Grubhub. Food took forever to get delivered but that was on the Grubhub delivery guy, not the restaurant but in saying that, I wish the restaurant would’ve taken a little more time preparing the dishes because it was mediocre at best. My wife liked her penne vodka but that’s a tough dish to screw up. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. The entrees came with seafood bisque soups. Flavor was okay but the soups were gelatinous. That’s exactly what you want in a bisque! Jello! This restaurant believes in quantity over quality. The pescatore came in a large aluminum pan with some weight to it. It was nice to see but after closer examination it was all fluff. Lots of pasta, only two shrimp in the entire dish and 2 or 3 small scallops. Calamari was rubbery and a few of the mussels and clams were just shells with no meat in sight. I am not sure why this restaurant has over a 4 star rating or why there are so many of them. Who (without tastebuds) is supporting these people? We are first and last time customers. Even the “Italian restaurant” with the unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks does better than this and atleast when you’re there, you are family! Do better Carollos!

I ordered the cheeseburger which comes with fries. Usually my go-to here is the chicken cheesesteak but the meats been really dry the last few times I got it. Decided to switch it up and get the cheeseburger. I ordered take out. Ordered temperature Medium, received well done. Not the biggest issue, I just wanted a tasty burger. My issue was in the sear. It was burnt and crispy which once again I dont mind but there were large pieces of salt inside the burnt meat sear. I couldn't finish it due to how salty it was.

My husband and I ordered from here for the first tonight, they were open late and all the places in our town were closed. Seriously some of the BEST pizza we had! This will be our new go to place.

Started ordering Delivery about 2 Wks ago.
Just out of the Hospital after 2 weeks!!
I ordered White Veggie Pizza w Extra Spinach - Mushrooms. Very Nice!!!
Next, I ordered Chef Salad w Spinach & Blue cheese Dressing.
( Most Restaurants don't offer Spinach w Chef Salad!!....Nice Touch!!!)

Tonight, I ordered Chicken Pastina Soup &
Sausage Sandwich with Peppers and Onions.
Soup was good. Sausage Sandwich had sliced Sausage in a 'Drizzle' of tomato sauce &
NO.....NO ONIONS OR PEPPERS!!
Thought that was strange since they had been On Point since I started ordering. I called to alert the mgr of the Successful previous orders but to mention this , we'll make up the ' mishap' on my next order. I was told they don't have a mgr & that they did put onions - peppers on the Sandwich.
I will give ownership a heads up..... Before I post my Review.
