Carollo's Family Restaurant & Pizza

Customer service is nonexistent here .

They are refusing to give my mom her refund of food she never received , she payed $100 dollars for it . This is unacceptable horrible customer service .

I Placed a order online for a pick up and for whatever reason it generated a location that was over 1hr away, when I went to cancel they refused my $100 refund for food I would never get. I ended up going to the right location and spending another $100 and the food was NOT even good. DO NOT shop here or use their online ordering system. In this economy $100 is nothing to play about and they genuinely stole that from my family and I.

It's ok, but their prices are outrageous. We stopped in a for a quick meal on the way home and after seeing the menu almost left to go some place nicer for the same money.

Carollo's is awesome! It's become one of our favorite places. The staff are all so nice and the food is always great. They are our local go-to!

Not happy. Was told they have pansoritte but it just a not the small one ours is much larger. I knew something wrong with that statement. I told casher I needed to see product before purchase. Sure enough it was a pizza turnover claiming to be an original pansoritte. Total misleading and disgusting. I asked to fry meat on grill before putting it in and I got raw ham and sausage. It's not that hard you fry something until it's golden brown. I'm done with them won't be back they shouldn't miss lead people to pay for over priced garbage.

I actually never ate here - but my car broke down in front of their restaurant & the staff was so sweet & kind making sure I was in view of the security cameras in the lot to keep my car safe overnight. I’m sure their food is amazing - as all of their reviews match the vibe.

Amazing amazing amazing meal!!!!!!!. Fried calamari amazing even our cheesesteak was fabulous. Amazing sit down service and classy atmosphere. Super great servers. Highly recommended very consistently good meals everything is good

My neighbors recommended this restaurant years ago, specifically because I am very picky with my salads. Theirs are delicious, and since then, we have had many delicious meals at Carollo's. Dinners and sandwiches are great, especually their cheesesteaks. Dining in has always been a pleasant experience, and delivery is surprisingly fast considering how far we are. Recently, two of my favorite pizza spots closed, leaving me searching for a slice I like. Despite our love of Carollo's, we never had their pizza. We finally did tonight, and I have now found my new favorite! Highly recommend this place.

This is usually our favorite place to go.
The waitress had to be called over 6x for help to get our simple house salad and pizza only. Wanted to say a salad didn't come with peppers when the menu said it did .I told her to get the menu to see. After 5 minutes later, she brought the peppers without sorry I was wrong .I feel the true main problem was she had 2 young children. I believe they were hers she was paying a lot of attention to. She just forgot she was at work. No daycare provided , which most pizza places don't do. I will order to take home and never eat in again ever. Everyone in the restaurant was in the same boat. Your tips according to good to great service. This WASN'T THE CASE AT ALL. I felt like not tipping her at all. I only gave a tip for the kids, not her service.

I had a delivery yes it came on time however I ordered a eggplant parm sandwich the rolling was absolutely burnt it was black. I was very disappointed. I have ordered many times however I think I'll think twice about my next order

Food is good!but staff need some improvement!!!
I have ordered take out for chef salad with ranch dressing and it’s very delicious ! But when I got home I got buffalo dressing instead? So I have to go back and get ranch dressing….
Last week I ordered same thing (chef salad with ranch) on the phone I double made sure I will get my ranch dressing NOT BUFFALO…so when I got there and checked my bag there was NO dressing at all , and when I ask for my dressing he brought me a buffalo sauce I was really disappointed and mad that I made my self very clean twice and got no dressing at all along with buffalo at the end ?!
I mentioned to the stuff to look at the receipt order!!! And left !!! This not cool
