Was shopping at the mart and decided to stop at Cheska's for lunch. What we noticed right away was how clean the it was. I noticed several times the staff was constantly keeping the cooking and eating areas clean. We got a grilled cheese sandwich and a BLT sandwich with fries. Delicious. Our server was very nice and quick with our order. Our server is in the photo with the purple shirt. Glad we ate there.
I have been searching for the best hot Italian sausage sandwich. And at Cheska's I have found a great hot Italian. Add some cheese, LT, and onions, and it is a soulful experience. The service is always great, the quality consisten, the waitress charming........eNJoy

Tiffany and sarah are the two pillars that hold this establishment together and have cemented themselves in nothing other then pure professionalism.
Highly recommend grabbing a Bite from this legendary location.
