The staff are friendly, but the atmosphere is not great. It's a dive coffee shop giving the least amount of quality possible while still grasping at some clientele. I have been there a few times and enjoyed myself because of the people I am with. I probably would not frequent this place if i wasn't asked to meet there by a friend, but I will never recommend it.

One of, if not the better/best of DD‘s I’ve ever been too. the key is service and the star when I go there is Allen! He’s always up beat and right on with my orders! He better get a raise and then some. When others messed up my order, he went above and beyond to fix it. DD is lucky to have an employee as exemplary as him!

the girl at the window Kat gave me incorrect change, when mentioned to her she had the change sitting over to the side and just handed it to me. Hair was also in the cream cheese on my burnt bagel. Won’t be returning.

Supposed to close at 8pm but when I went at 5pm the doors were locked and no one was taking my order from drive through even tho there was a worker inside.

Like all Dunkin they are quite inside. Food was just microwaved trash and the eggs were not edible. Tasted like rubber eggs from a kids playset.

The manager to this dunkin is a disgrace!!! Nasty disgusting long greasy hair doesn't even wear a hair net!!!! Wouldn't give me extra whip cream when told them to charge me for it. Here everyday multiple times a day never complain but today I did he refused to give me his bosses info bc privately owned . I spend thousands of dollars here. They never have anything never have munchkins, machines shut down hours before closings. Don't get me started on bagels they barely put cream cheese on them, unless u ask the basin is RAW LIKE IT CAME OUT OF BAG!!! My drinks are never filled to top. For 6$ plus dollars a drink is unexceptable ...
Made my bagel incorrectly, went back and asked to remake it. The Brat at the counter copped an attitude with me from the get go and refused to remake my food. Never again.
