The manager to this dunkin is a disgrace!!! Nasty disgusting long greasy hair doesn't even wear a hair net!!!! Wouldn't give me extra whip cream when told them to charge me for it. Here everyday multiple times a day never complain but today I did he refused to give me his bosses info bc privately owned . I spend thousands of dollars here. They never have anything never have munchkins, machines shut down hours before closings. Don't get me started on bagels they barely put cream cheese on them, unless u ask the basin is RAW LIKE IT CAME OUT OF BAG!!! My drinks are never filled to top. For 6$ plus dollars a drink is unexceptable ...

Made my bagel incorrectly, went back and asked to remake it. The Brat at the counter copped an attitude with me from the get go and refused to remake my food. Never again.

A. They are ALWAYS out of everything we try to order. B. They seem to be closed during their advertised hours. C. Rude, unprofessional employees. The guy that took my order (Dimetrious?) was so unprofessional - honestly, he sounded like a pothead loser jerk. (The girl at the window was SUPRISINGLY perfectly normal, alert, professional, smiley, etc unlike any others i interacted with all other times - but no nametag of course so i can't credit her fully.) D. The food sucks. I ordered 2 donuts, i drove home about 1 mile away and they're stale...of course. I should have expected that because it's most of the time. They barely put any filling in them anymore, the least of any other local donut shop or bakery. E. That store always seems shady, closed, dark, empty, suspicious. STRONG pot odor when i was ordering in drive-thru tonight. Crappy place. Never again!

Lady couldn't speak English well at all. Kept being confused about my order that I was reading on the menu. She kept repeating the same thing but it wasn't what I was asking for. Just ask for my card back and left.

Accused my 70 year old mother of giving her a fake 20 . (i took it to the same td bank atm she got it from , the bank employee confirmed it was real)
Out of nowhere she opened the drive through window screaming and going on about calling the police , my mom believed the insane woman and apologized while trying to hand her another $10 the woman kept screaming . Like honestly thats embarrassing, no ones trying to steal $9 worth of coffee, its 10x more ridiculous after we found out the $20 was real and the lady did all that over NOTHING . Either way , i wouldnt have started screaming and excusing a 70 year old woman of lying , i would have assumed she was given a fake $20 and been nice . I went to a different dunkin after this and the total was $1.90 cheaper. Crazy . ur a miserable fool ??
