DISGUSTING! They had the audacity to sell my husband stale donuts. We thought we were doing a good deed and celebrating children by giving them doughnuts, to our dismay, the children told us the doughnuts were nasty and hard to chew. Calling to speak with a manager no one picks up the phone. I am upset, the doughnuts were so disgusting the kids threw them away! I want my money back!

I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and it’s very mediocre. Don’t bother after 12, your order will be wrong, it’s like the hire people and just tell them to walk in and figure it out in the afternoon. It’s very up and down, but my expectations are low and it’s the closest Dunkin to my house. The coffee was good. The staff is pretty nice and generally accommodating. It’s a pretty normal Dunkin Donuts.

Thank you for helping me to stay on my diet by not including the donut that I ordered and paid for through the mobile app! I ordered 3 items & received 2. Your Accuracy rating is 66% today. Also, there were already 7 cars in the DT line when I pulled up.

I literally come to this dunkin almost everyday and whenever this brunette heavier set girl works there, she always has an attitude and always messes up my latte. And today’s mess up was instead of the latte I asked for she gave me an iced coffee with espresso in it and it was disgusting. I work at dunks myself so I’m ultimately disappointed because I know how easy this job is and I will never be coming back.

Asked for behalf extra well toasted extra cream cheese. Ran Thur once. Not toasted asked for extra well toasted again got an attitude turned toaster up still not toast a second began gummy Asked for manager said don’t know when they will be in. So I advised I will contact corporate office this is not over
