I've never really experienced a Dunkin this bad. They mess up simple orders and insist it was you, and somehow they make bad drinks and food. I didn't know that was possible at a fast food chain! I will probably switch to the Dunkin down the pike a little further to see if it's better.

i went through the drive thru and ordered two large iced caramel coffees, a sausage egg and cheese on an english muffin, 2 hashbrowns, and a plain bagel with cream cheese. My fiancé and i paid and for our coffees and were told to pull forward for our food. We waited about 7 minutes and when the girl came out she asked if we had 3 sandwiches and we said no we had 2 sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns. she proceeds to dig through the bag and touch the food with her hands as she’s talking to someone on her headset. She then says “they’re telling me this is your food so” my fiancé opens up the wrapper of a sandwich to see an everything bagel, my fiancé has crohn’s disease and can’t digest seeds so why would he order that… we once AGAIN tried explaining we didn’t order this and we were still missing our hashbrowns. ANOTHER worker came out and remembered our order and brought out the correct items. i asked for a corporate number and they told me they don’t have one. they weren’t even willing to take any accountability for their mistake either which really is what made me annoyed. not even a sorry. don’t waste your time.

I am a big Dunkin fan, but this location is horrible and they get our whole order wrong every single time, and I've given them multiple chances. I ordered 2 coffees and when she handed me them they looked exactly the same but they had no sticker on them and she didn't remember which coffee was which. Then she handed me my two bacon egg and cheese sandwiches which were supposed to be on bagels but gave them to me on croissants. She then proceeded to say have a good day when she didn't give me my whole order. I still had to wait on my orders of hashbrowns which she forgot to give me as well. I don't know how they get every order wrong. It is ridiculous

I ran into the downtown Berlin Borough Dunkin today for an unrelated coffee event and wound up ordering an iced coffee, 1 cream, 1 sugar, and it was PERFECT! Thank you to the two (2) young men working there today (3/15/23). I appreciate you guys and the delicious coffee. :)
I feel like Dunkin' donut is a waste of money the food has no flavor the donuts have no filling the hot chocolates okay coffee is very acidic and the prices are outrageous for food that taste nasty if they gave out like garlic packets or something to spice up the food all right maybe but when I eat there it's like eating plastic so I'm sorry but I rather spend my money at Wawa

This DD has always been a fav stop...it's close to my work. It was a little slower today though. They were training a new worker. They probably should say something when you order. I mean, it doesn't matter to me. Everyone has to start at some time.
