The menu is full of amazing, authentic dishes but lacking in kids portions. Even still, they were able to put together a small chicken burrito accompanied by French fries for my daughter, so I appreciate that. The large burrito my husband had was full of meat and rice and toppings. My nachos were covered in toppings, although I would have preferred more meat and less beans. Both my husband and daughter said that the food was rather bland until they added hot sauce and other toppings like salsa and sour cream. I would like to come back and try some more items off the menu, especially because this place came highly recommended by quite a few people. The restaurant is decorated with cool artwork and is very clean. Since it was Taco Tuesday, there were specials on tacos and this drew quite a crowd. It was fairly busy from the time we got there around 6 until we left an hour and half later. With that being said, our food arrived at the table quickly and everything was fresh.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the service was painfully slow. The staff seemed completely disorganized and uninterested in their jobs. It took them nearly 10 minutes just to bring a single drink, which is unacceptable, especially when the restaurant wasn’t even that busy. The waiters barely checked on us, and we constantly had to flag someone down just to get basic service.
The worst part was the food. After waiting nearly an hour, our meals finally arrived—only to be served cold. It was clear that the food had been sitting out for a while before reaching our table. We had ordered simple dishes, so there was no reason for such a long wait. When we brought it up to the staff, they didn’t seem to care much and just gave a half-hearted apology.
Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Slow service, cold food, and an unmotivated staff made for a frustrating visit. A restaurant should prioritize customer satisfaction, but this place clearly does not. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, and I certainly won’t be coming back.

I put one star only because I couldn’t put zero. I chose this place because the reviews made it seem very good. However, from the moment I walked in to pick up my food for my family, I felt like this restaurant wasn’t very good due to the very bad customer service. I ordered nachos, fajitas, and quesadillas which I then brought home which is 30 minutes away. I opened up the containers to find that the fajitas didn’t have their tortillas. I called them to see what happened and they were unwilling to help resolve this and didn’t even believe me that the tortillas were missing. The service only gets worse from here when they said I’d have to wait till tomorrow to talk to a manager because no manager was on duty. They also said that they wouldn’t refund my fajita order and proceeded to hang up on me while I was talking to them. My family couldn’t eat our fajitas. Also, the mediocre tasting nachos and quesadillas wasn’t enough food for us so we had to go buy more food from another place. I highly advise to not buy from this place because of their horrible customer service and not very good food either.

Overall food was good, the lengua was tender - wish portions were a tad bigger but it was decent.
Al pastor tacos were good as well had flavor.
Daughter had mexican rice with chicken cutlet, who ate the food.
The initial nachos and salsa had refried beans on the nachos , if you’re not a fan of refried beans let the server know.
Pretty pricey IMO $17 for 3 lengua tacos , $14 for al pastor. They do offer deals and promotions only if you order for pick up from their website only.
Server was great and attentive, overall food was good but probably going to stick to Trenton for my Mexican fix. Unless it’s a Tuesday where they do 3 for $6.
