Top 5 Worse Mc donalds I have ever been to.. Everytime I go to this Mcdonalds which is the closest to my house. There is always a problem, I asked for my nuggets to be cook to order and my mc chicken and they were not and on the other hand my fries look like they were sitting for hours, I bite into it and its hard like a brick wall

Flys inside the wait to order was over 20 minutes workers made eye contact but didn’t come to take my order until I was about to walk out now waiting another ten minutes to get my food let’s add in the fact that my fries were so cold That’s completely unacceptable changes need to be made to the store immediately

Nothing but good things to say about the progress this team has made on changing things around. Been going here for a long time and 6months ago it was a disaster but recently you can tell the team and manager Dave have whipped them into shape. Food is fresh now and fast. Whatever you are doing keep it up. For 3 mcdonald's in a 10 minute drive from us this is now our go to. Not a fan of McDonald's so for me to write this positive review it speaks volumes to me and mine.. Keep up the great work guys..

holy moly ravioli. and they said chivalry was dead. we pulled up at this fine establishment, not a speck of dust, not a rapper on the floor, just straight speckled and shiny. we placed our orders, and not only did they come out on time and correctly, but, they also brought my drink right to my table. what a fantastic place. best mcdonald’s service i’ve ever had. thanks guys.

This McDonald's is the worst McDonald's on the planet they can't even read the orders correctly then when you call they act like it's your fault I will never go to this McDonald's again hire people that can atleast read
I ordered the chicken Big Mac meal mouth watering at work on a 16hr shift as you can see by the calendar on the desk, starving couldn’t wait to get my food I was so excited as you see the bite from the sandwich and French fry set up! Long and behold I go to pick up for the next bite and it’s a long curly piece nasty disgusting unsanitary no excuse piece of hair in my sandwich made with it! Like what! Huh! Nasty! Why?!? Where is the hair nets?!? Never again and they can try to deny it because I have the receipt 😒 with date and time location included

I came here today for curbside today to get my coffee. I was in a rush and had to get to work. The manager had no idea I was even out there. This is not the first time this has happened. This is closest to my house since I live in town. I came in to get my coffee because I had been out there for a while. The manager had no idea that I had ordered the coffee online already and made me pay for it again. Please fix your curbside button and improve your service standards.
