Went through the drive through and was told 3 minutes for my food. 20 minutes went by and still no food. The women who was the manager on 2/18 at night was extremely rude and said “well at least your food is fresh and not old”. Will not be going back. Should be looking for a new manager.

Ordered sweet and spicy wings. Had to wait 20 minutes. I mentioned four times that I ordered sweet and spicy but the receipt says ghost pepper. I get home to find I have ghost pepper and ranch sauce. Called to complain, manager told someone there that I was talking his ear off.

Each and everytime I order from this location my order is always always always wrong! If I order spicy chicken, im getting not spicy, missing straws for my drink, missing sauce for my chicken tenders, top caps not on my garlic parm sauces today which spilled all over my food in the bag. I give up on this location. The guy at the window is always nice and professional but I’m not paying again for my food to be wrong!
