Food is usually great, sometimes the sauce on our wings comes out runny/thin which is why im giving it 4 stars instead of 5! We always get wings, waffle fries, & chicken tenders. We solely come for the food. I don’t think we’ve ever had drinks from Golden Nugget besides fountain drinks. It seems no matter how many people employed here is not enough. They can get very crowded. When there's live music,it can be loud. There is an outside bar, approx. 15yrds away from the bar, and the food is avail outside as well. The atmosphere is joyous and its very easy to meet new people. PS. This is considered a country bar!
Went to Golden Nugget because we were in the area. Second time there and haven't been disappointed. Found seats at the bar and enjoyed cold beer and a specialty cocktail. Had their lobster bisque, and we each had cheese steaks. The bisque and the cheese steaks were delicious! Just the right amount of fried onions in one of the sandwiches and the right amount of lettuce and tomato in the other. All for a reasonable price. Want to try their wings during our next visit....
