The history of this bar is good. But ownership has changed and so has the name. Will it still be the same bar? I dont know. Mary just retired. Change is coming. I just dont know when. For now, the same Great spot it has always been. Good food. Good crowd.

Mary, the server was just a darling; good and gracious server! Inside is spacious and clean with a good vibe; very welcoming! Food was made really well and was fresh; minimal heartburn especially considering we ordered several fried dishes. Mild and extra hot wings were really good, fried mushrooms and cheesesteak egg rolls were exceptional! I ordered the chicken domenico which was top notched and my wife's po boy were good. We even even ordered pepperoni pizza which was good as well. We came home satisfied and the food sat in our tummies with no bad effects. Bar food can go down easy but normally will feel it especially if you're older. Beer and cocktails were really good! Can't say enough good things about this place and this coming from a family that is not easily pleased! Prices incredibly reasonable! Thanks again to the staff at The Other Bar!

First of all it's no longer the Briarwood but you have to still put that in your GPS. It's called the other bar now so don't drive around looking for the Brierwood.Just realize when it says your destination is on the right or left the name is the other bar. Found the place about a year ago and go there whenever we're near there. All fresh cooked in house food. Friends of ours who live nearby told us there's some good entertainment there in evenings. Would recommend to anyone who likes sports bar atmosphere and friendly people and staff.

This is a very convenient location for me since my karate school is directly across the street brought a couple of martial arts actors and celebrities after a long hard day at our grand opening ribbon cutting for heimlich's karate a much-needed sit-down time and a cold beer with some really good food service was very good sorry did not get any pictures at the tavern but here are some of the shots from the grand opening of heimlich's karate thank you

The only reason that this place deserves 2 stars is because the food here is good. We sat down at a table and only saw the waitress every 45 minutes. I ordered a burger and upgraded to fries. It never came with fries and when the waitress came to drop them off she ran away before I had a chance to say anything. Didn't see her again for another 45 minutes.
Love this bar but recently been doing live music and I please beg you to lower the volume or go back to the juke box

First time here. We are so glad we came here. The mussels, wings, spinach artichoke dip, the drinks, and santa fe egg rolls were SOOOO GOOD. We absolutely loved the food. We will be back!! clean, nice, definitely a new go to spot!
