Say what you want but I love Chipotle and had good experience every time I went (almost every time). It’s delicious, make it your own. Their burrito bowls are Quick, simple, affordable and always as expected.

Ordered a steak bowl at 10pm and got home to a chicken bowl, terrible. No notice or anything either.

This is a good place but they are rude to the delivery drivers and are quite slow. The food is outstanding though. Just don't be in a hurry.

The woman preparing delivery orders in the back is very rude. I recommend putting her through orientation again.

Every time you come the serving of the protein meat is different! It’s never the same! It’s always less. They need to have a measuring cup and everyone gets the same. I see some people getting more and some getting less! Why? It should all be the same if we are all paying the same price! This is a deal breaker when I decide to come here. Please make it fair.

Chipotle overall has gone down hill in quality over the years. I mostly stopped eating at any of their restaurants but stopped by this one out of convenience. The carne asada was filled with hard inedible fatty pieces that hurt to bite into and I had to spit out 4-5 times causing me to be more cautious with every bite. As I said though Chipotle has been going down hill so that is as expected. What prompts me to write this review was the condition of the bathroom. It was disgusting, and not just like I had the misfortune of going in after someone dirtied it. It appears it has not been attended to in quite some time.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Terrible customer service. Went in at 12pm, walked right up to the counter no line, not a single person behind me either. I ordered a quesadilla and was told I cannot order it at the counter and had to do it online only due to “peak” hours. The app wouldn’t pull up nor the website and I was told I had to leave the restaurant to go and order it. I would understand if there was a long line that would be held up but there was no one in line. Terrible customer service from all at the establishment. Did not order, they do not deserve the business.

Such nice staff. All ingredients are fresh and always in stock, unlike many other locations. Generous portions
