the customers that are actually in line inside are overlooked and are made to stand there while they prioritize drive thru and mobile customers. then they don't even tell you that your coffee is ready. they just sit it on the table top and walk away and you have to guess who the coffee belongs to

Chicken, Bacon croissant stuffer was still frozen in the middle. This dunkin was first on the leaderboard in terms of speed and efficiency, well now i know that’s because they’re giving people uncooked food, real efficient alright.

I ordered a bunch of food and when I saw something was missing, I asked them about it and this girl slammed my bag put the rest of the order in and smashed it on the table in front of me. When asking about it they ignore me but show they are visably frustrated, possibly from management/owner. The Indian guy manager was sitting on his phone looking miserable and just offered an apology. The older Indian lady working at the register was nice

They prioritize the drive through orders and forget that customers are actually in the establishment waiting to be served. They should always have someone on the cash register or hire another body to help with the drive through area.

This is one of the very few Dunkin's that can be said to be Excellent. I have been coming here for about 3 years in the mornings and I've witnessed how the line for the drive thru builds up suddenly and it just take the team working here a couple minutes to get everyone on their way again. People that walk-in or order online also are in and out. The team here is overall very friendly, fast and great customer service.

Very understaffed, I think that’s why they don’t change their pastry case. I got donuts for my family and everyone got sick. To the point where it upset our stomach very bad & we are puking as well. The donuts seemed hard, but I didn’t think anything of it. I pray that none of us has to go to the hospital because we aren’t feeling good at all. 100% sure their donuts have been sitting there for days.
