I’ve been to this Dunkin’ location multiple times, and the atmosphere is genuinely nice. The store itself feels welcoming, and the food and drinks are solid and consistent with what you’d expect from Dunkin’. That said, the biggest issue here is staffing. Having only two employees trying to run the drive-thru, take front-counter orders, and prepare food and drinks is completely unrealistic. During rush hour, they’re clearly overwhelmed, and it’s not their fault. On top of that, they’re expected to clean the store and handle closing duties, which only adds more pressure and cannot be done with 2 people. Unfortunately, management makes the situation worse. The manager, Ranvir, is rude and disrespectful toward employees, which is so uncomfortable to witness, especially in front of children. Obviously the workers are doing their best under poor conditions, but they aren’t being supported the way they should be.

For a dunkin of this size, they only ever have the same basic unchanging menu. Even the tiny ones inside grocery stores have muffins and new breakfasts.

I go through the drive through on my way to work in the morning. I can always trust and depend on having no wait. I’ve timed it and it takes less than a minute to order, pay and roll out! I am so impressed. Imelda is a very professional and helpful employee. She works the drive through window in the morning is always SO efficient and friendly. It makes a difference starting my day with a smile from her and efficient customer service from the whole entire Dunkin’ Donuts Drive through Team! They are SO fast. I see they have great team work. I am a very happy customer. Thank you! God bless you all.

Hands down the worst DD. It’s insane that a Manager of a coffee franchise could make buying coffee so difficult. I pulled up one day with my baby sleeping in the car and instead of me screaming my order through the drive-through window I pulled up instead there was no one in back of me and the manager came to the window screaming at me, saying I need to go back on the drive-through line. There’s no way he’s taking my order. I explained to him that my baby fell asleep and that’s the only reason why I pulled up because he was screaming through the drive-through Speaker and adamantly still insisted until I pretty much almost begged him to take my order.
Even if It was policy I would have completely understood without him being hostile. I like my coffee a specific way and I order it that way at every single Dunkin’ Donuts yet somehow it’s a problem when I order it here every single time there has not been a single time that I’ve ordered a coffee here that the manager either remembered what I wanted or made it OK. each time it was an ordeal letting me know how a latte is made with attitude.
Employees are all very nice but you can tell they’re all uneasy working under this gentleman.
Shame I have to keep coming here since it’s the only drive thru in a far distance.

Shout out to the DD manager of this location. He takes the steps necessary for me to enjoy a GF egg cheese egg sandwich (without the muffin that has gluten.) They use fresh gloves and are very careful about not cross contaminating my food. The last time I was seriously gluten sickened was at a different DD in another neighboring town.

This is the only DD I trust so I buy everything there—like ground coffee bags and delicious fresh perked to go! 🥰🥳❤️

This DD location used to be one of the BEST, now it's one of the most mediocre of all DD's in the area. (Actually, most all now are terrible) The coffee is now weaker and terrible tasting. I have noticed a sharp decline in almost all DD's coffee. Seems they may have changed blends or are just using less coffee per ounces of water. The food is hit or miss. Whichever the case, DD's have become like most ALL eateries/cafes. A poor value for the money spent. A shame really.

I usually like Dunkin’, but this location was really disappointing. The staff here seem very unfriendly and unwilling to help.

The first time I asked for a little bit of tap water, they said I had to pay for it . okay, maybe because of the cup, I understood. But the second time, I wasn’t feeling well and asked for some hot water, even with my own cup, and they still refused unless I paid. You know I paid a lot of for other things here. I am still customer .That just feels unnecessary and unfriendly. I really hope management can improve the service attitude here.

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. The managers, Ranvir and Vicky, scream at their employees right in front of customers for the smallest things. It’s humiliating to the staff and very uncomfortable for us as customers. No one wants to order coffee while listening to managers yell like it’s a school playground. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. If this is how they treat their team, I can’t imagine how bad it is behind the scenes. I will never come back to this location and I hope Dunkin’ takes action, because this behavior ruins the entire brand. In the United States, there are labor laws to report this kind of mistreatment, and I truly hope one day someone puts them in their place.

the customers that are actually in line inside are overlooked and are made to stand there while they prioritize drive thru and mobile customers. then they don't even tell you that your coffee is ready. they just sit it on the table top and walk away and you have to guess who the coffee belongs to
