I've been to this place a couple times, since its in a convenient location for me. But I think i will have to stop. The ladies behind the counter are fine enough, but I have to admit the manager keeps very poor standards. (Service is usually better when he isn't out front.) Fussing at his staff in front of customers, and anytime he makes your food its extremely messy or super slapped together. Its either not put together properly, crushed, or the box is messy from whatever was on his hands at the time. It makes me worry about hygiene standards here.
I'm front my most recent visit, I also 99% sure this place gave me food poisoning. All I ordered was an avocado toast with bacon. And suddenly hours later my stomach is destroyed and I spent the next day throwing up everything that had been eaten. I'm a little worried for anything like that happening again, so best I stay away.

Ordered over $200 worth of coffee and donuts for meeting on their app 3 hours before needed (figured we'd give them time while the store was slow to get the boxes ready), stated which donuts we preferred. Arrived to pick it up, boxes were NOT CREATED, so by the time we got there NONE of the donuts we wanted were available. I've never been so angry in this store. Warning...Don't put trust in the app or store to follow thru. I won't go there again.

The food is ok but it could be hotter. The coffee needs improvement by not burning the coffee. They need smiling faces and positive attitudes. It is worth the trip but they just need to fine tune a few things to be better. Always room for improvement.

The manager of the store decides to come in whenever he feels like it. There were 3 young employees working, one you could tell was new. And customers are upset. I felt so bad for these young employees. Why isn't a manager here at all times?
That manager doesn't care and it shows. The manager complained the he was sorry , he was in pain took some medicine and went home for a few to rest. Smh. Just wow. Then when he got there he was barking orders like to the workers like he was in the military. Some NERVE!!!

Horrible service and rude staff. Got my entire order wrong, and stuffed in one bag with hash browns at the bottom and spilled out of there pouch and mushed. I checked when I got back home, drove back and told them. The manager was super sweet and had them make it again, gave me 6 donuts to compensate and I waited to pick my order.
This rude employee starts babbling that my order was done why is it being made again. When I told her why, she tells me it wasn’t employees mistake and stayed being annoyed and rude. I wanted to talk to manager again who disappeared. I checked my order before I left and they had 2 sandwiches wrong again. But I was done talking to them. The lady was so rude that when I got annoyed and told her that just give me my refund she asks me how much did u pay for order instead of owning up to their mistake. If I had not spent 20 minutes going back and forth and waiting for the order I honestly would have taken a refund.

Near Charging station, always when charging we get a little something...Sandwiches, Doughnuts, coffee for me and a soda for my hubby...Clean, good tasting, and cheerful help...A good & relaxing spot while charging our car...
Parking: Easy in and plenty of spots...If charging Ur car it is perfect...
