The food truck outside burned the pizza a bit but that's outside the control of the brewery. Very tasty beer.

Bar tenders were super friendly and the beers were fantastic. It was refreshing to visit a brewery that had a selection of beers vs. a menu of just IPA’s.

Very quickly becoming the best brewery in New Jersey — the beer here is phenomenal.

Oakflower is one of NJs best breweries, and Long Hill is lucky to have them. They make a great variety of styles, but I'm in love with their pilsners and farmhouses. The brewhouse is cozy and welcoming, the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their beers. They are a must visit NJ brewery.

Fun local microbrewery, this place is a wonderful spot to stop in at, grab a pint with the family (kid friendly!), and perhaps grab some cans or a crowler to-go.

My daughter, wife, and I were happy we made the trip. Oakflower is located in Millington across from the Millington Station. We found free parking on the street just outside the brewery. The tap room at Oakflower is small, with a tiny bar area. Four-person Tables and chairs are placed throughout the tap room. It was cosy and comfortable, with the late afternoon sun providing warmth through the large glass windows. The tap list is small, with about ten beers. We chatted briefly with the friendly tap server before ordering two flights. Our server explained that flights were limited to two 4 oz tasters so patrons could enjoy the beer cold. I like that. My wife had a flight of two New England pale ales (Ring 6 and Borrowed Time), while I had a flight that included a Kellerbier called Breeze and a Kölsch called Station. We finished that flight and ordered a second flight. My wife ordered a flight of two IPAs, the Ringboiz: Internet Cicerone and Double Ring. I sampled some of her beers. They are as good as some Troon and Root + Branch NEIPA I have tried. I had the First Cup for my second flight, an Oatmeal stout conditioned on Burundian coffee from Barrister Coffee House and Lammy, a Munich-style Helles lager. Barrister Coffee House is a cafe and roastery in Basking Ridge. My daughter didn't have any beer of her own. She chose to sample what we had. This first visit was a positive experience. I want to go back.

Friendly and relaxed, comfortable, and chill. The servers are knowledgeable and happy to help you find just the right choice. They have a nice variety on tap, and the selection ranges from rather good to truly remarkable. On Thursdays they will sell and refill growlers, and there is always a selection of fours, sixes, and crowlers in the cooler. A perfect place to slip in for a quick drink or spend an afternoon with some friends.
