Basking Ridge is God awful. I spent 2 hrs trying to get someone on the phone. Someone had to drive there to speak to anyone. Ridiculous

This is the best panera experience I have ever had!!

The general manager is the nicest manager i have ever met. She gave us the most amazing service the food was above average, and the atmosphere inside was amazing. She came around to check everything was up to our standards and even brought around a sample of their new product.

Not only did they not give us any sides, but they also marked the walnut sandwich as tuna. My brother is allergic and had to use an epi.

Staff at this location appears to be new and least interested in their work. There was a time when Panera meant quality food and service and customers didn’t mind paying higher prices. Now the service and quality of food seem to have gone down at least at this location. Ordered soup and veggie sandwich for to go. First they threw all food in one bag, all bread open. Asked and was told they only pack larger orders (rest they dump). When opened veggie sandwich at home, it was full of ham. Called restaurant twice to complain and get a refund and manager hung up twice. Ended up throwing entire order in trash. Poor quality food and worse customer service. Old staff was much friendlier and seem to know what they were doing.

I came in and no hello no welcome, the young lady name Jada that assistant me to place my order, she seems very upset very aggravated the whole time that I was placing my order she was huffing and puffing underneath her breathe it just didn't make me feel very welcome this atmosphere I definitely won't recommend anyone nor visit this place once again

The food is made wrong usually, the customer service sucks very unfriendly very unhelpful, the wait is very long 20 minutes or more if it's busy because there's not enough help, then they send over an email to take a survey to complain but there's no response or there's no changes made to improve the issues. I don't get it. They have got to hire people that care about doing the job right & get rid of the people that don't care. If staff is unhappy for whatever reasons the customers shouldn't have to suffer for that. People go out to have a good time not to throw their money away on nonsense!

Went in to pick up an order that was placed earlier at the wrong time so it was sitting there all day, and they remade the entire thing. Manager was really really nice and food was yummy

I've had a couple of bad experiences in a row. I only order delivery for lunch at work. They always give you a coupon for inconvenience and you keep ordering (big mistake). My very last order was marked as delivered yet I haven't received it. I got connected with the driver who barely spoke english and kept repeately screaming at me delivered, delivered. I called the store itself and was hung up on multiple times. I disputed the charge through my credit card. After leaving a bad feedback through email, the female manager called me, aknowledged the situation, apologized and promised to address it with the store staff, block the driver from future orders and issue refund on the goods that I haven't received. Fast forward 10 days I'm still waiting to get my money back, no action was taken. I will not order from them again. Shame on the manager as well.
