Siena's Gourmet Pizza

Terrible food. The pizza sauce has no taste and it’s greasy as all hell you’re better off with dominoes in Lions corner.

I love SIENNAS sm. I would do anything to eat a slice now. My two favorite pizzas places are joes in NYC and Siennas. I don’t live home anymore and consider yourself lucky bc the pizza in the rest of America is trash and I’ve lived in many cities. I find myself dreaming about one of their slices of pepperoni. I’m craving it right now and it’s 9:30 in the morning. The people in there I’ve never had a negative experience with and I’ve been there thousands of times. If they sent me a t shirt I would wear it proudly. Whenever I visit home I make my mom take me to siennas because it brings me back to being an innocent child.

Not impressed with customer service .I went on their website and I ordered a hot sandwich for $7.95 to be told it’s $11.95, the owner tells me I’m on yelp ( which I wasn’t) and I’m told to type SGP and I’ll get the right prices. I go on SGP which directed me to Siena and of course it says $7.95. Didn’t even want to listen to me, I suggested they update their website. Done with this place.

Terrible service for mediocre pizza. Wouldn’t even give me a water cup. People that were working the counter also were rude, and had no manners. One of the employees screamed out for a customer multiple times in a very rude tone, and also grabbed a slice from the pizza from the showcase with his bare hands. Wouldn’t go here again

Now I totally understand why this dump has such low ratings and terrible reviews.Stopped by today, being local and ordered 3 slices and a soda with my kid. We ordered at 816pm and wanted to sit down at eat the slices. The bald headed garlic knot behind the counter, says can't eat inside as they close at 9pm.I would understand if the place was mopped and at least swept. The floor looked like a barn floor, so I know that wasn't the reason.Told the garlic knot to keep the slices and drink, we left and will never return to this dump.Reviews say it all, best thing for this place would be a FOR LEASE sign in the window.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Literally the worst pizzeria within at least 20 miles and I have tasted them all. Food’s mediocre on their best day and cardboard on most. No concept of what it means to own a restaurant. They give a bad name to pizza.

Paid $20 for 4 slices, huge rip off and after bald dude tried charging me $1 for a side of ranch and explained that he pays $2 for a side of ranch. Horrible customer service, will not be back

Greasy, thin, sauce is worse than ragu… I tried this pizza a couple of years ago. it was never this bad ..

Unreal, the fact that this is in a nice town and the place is getting dirtier and dingy, and the pizza now falls apart and ridiculously expensive, BUT the worst is the absolute RUDE, disgaceful people whom work there the audacity of lack of any manners or common courtesy of saying "Thank you" is the icing on the cake and we are done going there.

The pizza is Great, full of flavor! It was hot, the seasoning was on point, the sauce was delicious!EDIT: I was there a few times recently and I have nothing good to say. My major concern is the staff. In particular one man who was super rude 2 times now. If nothing changes I will have to stop going there.

I have never experienced such rude service in my life. “Uncle fester” is the worst of them all.Extremely overpriced.I really wish Basking Ridge would give this place some competition because they wouldn’t last a day.

Very nice pizza. Not greasy. Perfectly balanced sauce. Not too much cheese and I could tell the peppers on the pizza were freshly sautéed.The salad I ordered with it was fresh. I’d definitely recommend the place

Please Siena’s get better employees. I came to your restaurant a week ago and I was greeted by the (I think) manager being rude. He did not care anything about costumer satisfaction but about his money. I noticed a review that said that the man waited for the person to pay for the pizza and after that he told him to leave because of the outside food that he had. He is greedy for money and if nothing is done about it I will stop going there.

WOULD NOT SERVE ME BECAUSE I HAD A STROLLER WITH MY 3 MONTH OLD SON IN IT!! SO RUDE!! I would give negative stars if I could. I was out running errands with my 3 month old son and thought I’d stop to take lunch home. I had 1 foot in the door before I was very nastily yelled at “NO STROLLERS!”. When I asked again, because I legitimately thought this was a joke or maybe I didn’t hear him correctly, he said “NO F’ING STROLLERS!!” even louder. There were only 2 other customers at the time eating - plenty of room for me and my son to be in there to order. I was extremely embarrassed, upset and confused at what I did to deserve being yelled at in such a way. The other 2 customers didn’t know what to do either and both had shocked faces. One of them kindly got up and helped me with the door because I was clearly distraught. I could tell he felt uncomfortable at the treatment he just witnessed and wanted to do something to help. I called the police to file a formal complaint and they said they’ve had issues with this place before and it’s a known thing how horrible they are. DO NOT GO THERE!! This place needs to be put out of business.
